First time trying the fries were good the burgers were great but they put bacon on mine and it made it a little greasy but overall good! The soda was awful something was wrong with their machine!! I will try again soon!

Ordered $54 dollars of food just to get home and be missing all of the fries from our order. A total 4 orders of fries, a slider, and an order of queso all missing. Tried to call the store to hopefully get a refund for what was missing and get no answer. I wouldn’t waste the time or money.

This place puts other burger joints to shame. The burger always taste fresh. If your ordering online I recommend do it when your closer so your food is hot

I went today on my lunch and had to return 2 times for items either wrong or missing. the fries were amazing, my sliders were slightly pick still bot fully being cooked, the didnt sweeten the tea so i got unsweetened instead and had to go back and 67 cents for a small cup of sauce that they forgot too. i was on a lunch break so by the time i had to keep coming back i didnt have time to eat

I thought I would give them a try. They got my order wrong, way wrong. I ordered a 3 combo, with bacon. I got two sliders, no bacon. It just was not worth the drive back to the store to get it fixed. The burger was good, but obviously not what I paid for. And for what I thought I was getting, I thought the price was high. Insane for what I actually got. Not worth going back if they are going to screw up the order that badly.

Been here several times since they opened. The waffle fries are by far the best fries around, pair it with the smauce or queso for dipping. Both are great options. The sliders come in several combos so it’s easy to grab for dinner or a snack. I love pickles and highly suggest getting extra since only one comes on each slider. Staff is friendly and helpful. Easily the best fast food on the west side of Spartanburg.
