Food was awesome! We had pulled pork, ribs, coleslaw, mac n cheese, sweet potato, and okra. It was all really good. We'll definitely go back.

We ordered takeout. Food was very good. My boyfriend got a burger that was supposed to come with fries, but it did not. We tried to call the restaurant to get some sort of refund but voicemail was full. We tried again the next day, someone picked up, and then said “hold on a moment” and left the phone for over 10 minutes.. customer service is trash. Kept trying to call again and there was no answer. Probably won’t be returning
Was given 2 menus for a party of 4. Sat there waiting for more menus so we could order. No one came with the other menus. So I Had to get up and go on the side where the waitress go back and forth to get orders at to get my own to menus. Waited 20 minutes and no one at all came to serve us no drinks no nothing . So an employee that walked past our table I had to stop him and ask him Is anybody working this table we r ready to order. Then someone finally came .we ordered and they were out of food. This is a place I will never return. The customer service was horrible.

Smoking Butt Heads is the best BBQ place ever. All the meats were so tender that you didn't need a knife. Greens were fantastic. Peach cobbler is best when its warm. When I come back to Spartanburg this is where I'm eating.
