Todd from SBHs was the first person to get back to me after I made several catering inquiries online. He called me, personally, later the same day. He took my request over the phone, encouraged me to use his cell phone for any questions, and sent me an estimate within a couple of hours. When I texted with questions or changes, he got back to me within the hour. It was a small party, less than 50, so we picked up the food ourselves and he provided the chafing dishes and Sternos....
Absolutely awesome food, service, and atmosphere. This is a gem in downtown Spartanburg. I am big on customer service and the fact is Rachel and the GM Mark assured that what could have been the start of a bad experience was nipped in the bud quickly. From the quick ordering and fresh food this is now on my must stop by list during my travels. 20+ ? ?
I had a table reserved and we switched to outdoor. Rachel came out and saved our night. The hostess forgot we were sitting and no one came out. Rachel not only came out but made up for everything. This server needs to be promoted ASAP. She was polite and didn't know she was serving customer service people. The food was fantastic and the manager came out and even checked on us. All around great place to eat food was fresh and to die for. We all took boxes home. Thank you...
