I come to sonic all the time, and I placed an online order through my app which said it would be ready at 7:15. I arrived at 7:20 and waited until 8:30 and never received my food. I’m not sure what was going on but I had to leave due to me having to go to work. Very disappointed because usually it’s top tier.

Tried to order but they didn’t have smasher sauce. Order something else. 25 minutes they informed us no chili for the hot dogs. 35 minutes later received order. Cold fries, cheese sticks with no cheese, slightly stale bun. Not a good experience at all.

Every time I come to this location there is an issue and I leave without food. Most of the time it is from waiting beyond 15 minutes for my order to be taken. Tonight we were outside in the eating area and waited 10 minutes just to be told they were only taking drive thru orders. You could have told me that when I pushed the button instead of wasting my time. Anyway, as usual I left and went somewhere else to eat. I keep trying thinking it will improve but it never does and I will never recommend anyone try it because the service time is so horrible. Hire more people or something!

The service was very slow but at least they were hospitable. I had a Smashburger that wasn't too impressive but I will still come back for the Tots no matter what.
Double hamburger with bacon regular chili cheese Coney tater tots everything was delicious seems to me they go out of their way to please you and the manager guy is great better now than it used to be

Went tonight and everything was fine. They made a small mistake which is ok, but the manager Scotty blew it out of proportion to the point me and the people I was with were uncomfortable. I felt bad for the employee who made an easy mistake and owned up to it. The manager kept coming out and would say things like "this is why I hate people" clearly talking about the employee because he then got mad that he thought the employee made another mistake.

The only reason that I've ever went to sonic. It's because I love them, they're slushies. Everything is crazy right now. In the line, the sonic has always been long, but for them to not post that their slushy machine. Isn't working? It hasn't been working is really annoying. If you're known for something, please make sure you let people know if it's not working. Wasted twenty minutes in a drive through
