Ordered two sonic blasts via door dash. Then we get a small fry with no sonic blasts. Charged $18 and told that's what was available. Terrible way to run a business.

Went to get a cheeseburger with no tomato or onion and a crispy chicken after my classes. Opened it at home and it was a grilled cheese☠️ Alongside that I waited about 10 minutes and didn't even get napkins.

Pretty diligent & they missed an item but were very helpful & quick to make it right
They don’t prioritize DoorDash orders and when ratings depend on how efficient a restaurant is that is not a good thing. They took more than 5 mins to answer after pushing the red button, mind you the Dasher app tells you to pull up to the car port not drive thru, unless otherwise told by employees. I see drive thru orders being rolled out with car after car leaving. I went ahead and canceled the order which can also affect ratings but it shouldn’t take over 15 mins for a hot dog, fries and 1 milkshake and a drink to be made Ridiculous. Sonic is now on my automatic decline list.

This time going was not great. I pull into one those places where they bring food to your car. Only to be told they doing drive thru only. So I went to drive thru, order my food. When I received my food it was cold. And my cherry limeade didn't taste right. It didn't have cherries or a lime Which nobody likes cold food. It really depends on the day as far as service and food.

I ordered ahead for some burgers and after the screen said my order was coming out, I waited 5 minutes with no food. I called through the intercom and they said they were bagging my food. They shouldn't say your order is coming out unless it is on its way out. Then, when I got my food, it looks sad and it wasn't even warm, it was cold! And the cheese wasn't melted at all! They just taste like precooked patties thrown in a burger! How did it take extra time for my order when this was the quality of the food being delivered?!Edit: Also, the parking lot and table areas are dirty.

Don’t expect your food to get to you to on time or ever. Did an order ahead on the Sonic App for 8pm, checked in on the app, had to call on the stall TWICE before I got anyone actually answering me. An hour of me just waiting at the stall to pick up food I ordered at 7:36. Absolutely unacceptable.
