I love coffee shops, but for some reason, this week is not going well for me. Last Sunday, during St Patrick's Day festivities, my regular mocha Frappuccino order was over thirty minutes in the waiting. After everyone was served, my nephew and I were still sitting and waiting for our orders. After being asked three times, and the sun is starting to set, we got our drinks. I would have given more stars if the wait was shorter.

Walking in while there's barely a handful of customers lounging or sitting. I'm standing at the counter waiting to be helped, no greeting.... no I'll be right with you, or anything. Just a young lady talking nonstop behind an espresso machine and one young lady obviously busy making drinks. Poor service this morning. I ended up leaving empty handed with no service at all.

Usually, I order the chai or the dirty chai and I have no complaints, but this past week I ordered a matcha and something was just a bit off about it. Not sure how the matcha is made, but it almost tasted fishy...? Really strange. I recommend less creamer, and maybe use matcha latte power (already sweetened) instead of plain matcha powder? Just a thought! I am a match lover though so it made me sad that I had two sips and had to throw the rest away. BUT I absolutely love their customizable ice cream. The vanilla with fruity pebbles and strawberry is the best!!!!!

Not for me. Overpriced for syrups you could pick up from Target or Walmart. Meh This particular one was just college age people on laptops so definitely a good Cyber Cafe if that's your thing.

The location is big for a coffee house but it was nice to have room and it was still busy. The barista made a great recommendation to keep me close to a SBucks white chocolate mocha and he even convinced me to get it iced, which I loved. Now the taller seats are not super comfortable in my opinion and especially not if you have a little extra back there - which I do. But there are other seating options too. It's downtown, which is walkable for a lot 9-5ers. They have baked goods, ice cream and shakes, not just coffee, so there is something for everyone.

Cute coffee shop. Best white mocha I have had ever. I'm usually a plain black coffee gal but I didn't care for their plain black coffee taste. There's plenty of space for seating. However, there are only wall plug ins here and there so if you're going to study you have to hunt one down. When you make a purchase the WiFi password is at the bottom of the receipt. The ice cream looked great. They make their own waffle cones and it smelled heavenly. Friendly workers, when it gets busy and the line is long it goes pretty quickly.

The drinks and food are good, but the service isn't. While the baristas are never very friendly, we overlooked it. However, today, while waiting for our drinks another couple of people went to sit down by the window on bar stools. The man leaned down to adjust the height and the seat fell off right away and broke in half. He apologized profusely and promised to pay for or repair it. Neither barista apologized even once and looked at the broken chair with regret. The best they could muster is "well, I mean, it's ok..", "if you want you can fix it". Imagine if he sat down on it and the chair disconnected. Watching the customer feel horrible while the baristas looked condescending was enough for me to decide I don't want to be back.

After eating at a local restaurant, my friend and I walked down Main Street. Saw this place and decided we needed a coffee. Very nice staff. Plenty of younger folks sucking up the wifi. Very good coffee. Spent about a half hour just talking and enjoying the evening. Will definitely be back.

My daughter went in probably 30 mins to closing. As we were home craving coffee. She brought me back the wrong coffee. Took a couple of sips first to drink but then to see IF it was ok. Took my receipt and the coffee back the next day after Worship..Church. Thinking they would make me another $8 coffee. The little girl said because I didn't call the night before, she couldn't make me another one.Needless to say I hadn't been back. The coffee is already the same price as a burger or chicken fil a sandwich and she refused bc I didn't call.....please tell me what it mattered since I had my receipt?

Great coffee they know how to make cortados and macchiatos if that's your thing! More of a businessy environment with lots of people. Wooden table tops and good coffee vibes. I would come here again.
