I definitely recommend this Starbucks. I took my Granddaughter there to spend time with her. It was very relaxing. We were able to talk and enjoy our order. She ordered a strawberry cake pop and ribbon crunch cold. I ordered a slice of lemon loaf and caramel macchiato hot.

There is an employee here that deserves recognition and her name is Emma. Me and my family come to this Starbucks every morning about 5am at some point and Emma is friendly as everyone here is and I’ve never had a wrong order also she knows us by name and in todays world most places don’t know you by name also to be son positive and friendly at 5 something in the morning isn’t easy so corporate should take notice of an incredible employee and a great Starbucks.

Always great service, but when Emma is in the drive through, you can guarantee friendly service and accurate timely orders. She's WONDERFUL! I always look forward to seeing her on my way in to a long shift! 🖤🖤

I ordered the Matcha Creme Frappuccino based on the sign on the counter, thinking that due to its green color, it was a mint drink. I don't know what unsweetened matcha green tea is, as there was no explanation, so I was highly disappointed in a drink that tasted like algae.

I'm very disappointed in the service. In the afternoon, i waited quite a couple of minutes for my drink. Then I noticed that the woman at the window is trying to give my water to someone else and doesn't even know the order of the person she is giving my water too, and then when I pull up, she doesn't even know whos order is at the window because I pulled up and she's asking me to pay when I already ordered through the app . I've never had that problem in the morning. Everyone knows who I am and has been lovely in the morning

I ordered my coffee online and when I received my coffee the coffee had a burnt taste. I returned the coffee for a remake and it had the same burnt taste. I also went to place another order and was told they we’re back up and would not take my order. She was extremely rude.
Whatever girls are working @550 pm on 2/2/2025 really should be more worried about their work than their socializing while working. They messed up my order after completing ignoring me while inside to the point where I had to go through the drive thru just to get service.

Starbucks, the same as always. It looked sleek and modern as well. I ordered my favorite, the caramel ribbon crunch, and it was expensive, as usual. It is very good, I’d say worth the price, but it is pricey. It probably cost us about $60. It was for 5 people though, so I’d say it’s fair. Will continue to regularly visit Starbucks, no matter where I am.

Ummm if I had ordered AT the window then you’d have gotten my order in even later sooooo why would it take longer if I ordered on my app?

Blah, I'll never understand the hype, this was the only place open while we were out during the evening that was close to where we were going, so I figured, I'll give them another shot it's been years, first, they have no grande cups and instead of making it and putting it in a venti, I'm forced to upsize or downsize. Hot chocolate for my son tasted like water with a smidge of chocolate taste, and my Carmel brulee latte was also massively lacking flavor, lesson learned. The batista seemed so flustered, it was not a good experience, needless to say, for 12.00 we'll be back to Clutch Coffee Bar.
