Customers should get what they pay for whether the person behind the counter thinks it's too much or not. If I pay for 12 shots of espresso in my coffee I better get all 12 shots whether the person who's making it feels like that's excessive or not. I don't pay money for somebody to not give me what I pay for. Completely dissatisfied no matter how many times I go back and try to give them another chance they do the same thing every time.

The woman running the window this morning 12/19 around 745am is the absolute sweetest person and she is so genuine every-time I come thru she always compliments me or just makes my mornings a whole lot better! Give her a raise !!!

I just had the most pleasant experience! I went through the drive thru for a pumpkin dirty chai! I was welcomed with enthusiasm and joy....then was offered a great suggestion! This coffee is delicious! To the barista that took my order, you, the unapologetically authentic fantabulous being with music notes tattooed, thank you, I enjoyed our interaction! I definitely recommend this Starbucks. I took my Granddaughter there to spend time with her. It was very relaxing. We were able to talk and enjoy our order. She ordered a strawberry cake pop and ribbon crunch cold. I ordered a slice of lemon loaf and caramel macchiato hot.
