I went into Starbucks around 6:50am this morning. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge me. I was the only person at the register. Starbucks is not Customer friendly.

Went through drive thru yesterday evening about 550pm order my child and her friend some items and a young Asian girl with glasses was the one taking my order. When I initially came up to order I went to asked about the $3 special but before I could even finish the girl immediately cut me off and said no. I don’t normally come to Starbucks so I was trying to read off my phone what my kids wanted. The girl in drive thru was NOT customer friendly AT ALL so that was making me very frustrated and annoyed. Once again I don’t come to Starbucks so I’m not 100% sure on how to order and she wasn’t making it any better. She was very rude about a particular drink when I asked about getting raspberry pumps she cut me off again and said something about they don’t carry that. At this point I’m so annoyed at this girl and her behavior but my girls still wanted their items even though they said she was being rude themselves. When I got to the window the girl still wasn’t friendly and after I paid and got items and said thank you and proceeded to drive off my daughter then mentioned the girl rolled her eyes and Luckily I didn’t see it. I think it’s very unacceptable and for one that young lady is supposed to be representing Starbucks. As someone that normally doesn’t come to Starbucks it leaves a bad taste in my mouth, especially for that particular store anyway and for that I will not be coming back. She should maybe get more proper training on being customer friendly as well. I wish I could do no stars.

Come on!!! Learn to read a freaking label!!!! I just had to pay $20 for a delivery order just for the workers to make the coffee wrong. Being they didn’t properly make it , I am stuck at work with a DISGUSTING COFFEE !! It’s not that hard to read a label !! Dasher was magnificent and picked the right bag . It was Starbucks fault and this happens so much that it has me furious !

Edit since my reply to the email isn’t working. It was not the dashers fault. The dasher grabbed the correct bag with my name on it , the employee read the label wrong resulting in it being made wrong. It is sad to want to pawn off your problems on the 3rd party !

I went to this location at 8:20 and was refused service because apparently from what the girl said their blenders were in the dishwasher. Last I knew if you open till 830 you serve customers till 830. But instead I had to waste my time and gas to go find another that was open till 9 because this girl wanted to go home early. I buy Starbucks every day. 10 to 30 dollars a day. And I have never had a bad experience like this. Even when a order gets messed up. They are quick to make a new one and will until it's right. One of the reasons I love statbucks. But I will not be back to this one anytime soon.

Old expired yogurt. Not just once but twice now. Love this Starbucks they are the best around. There is a young man that works the drive though, he makes my morning with his beautiful smile. Do better guys.

I get the strawberry Frappuccino with 2 scoops of vanilla bean. Fully incorporated, I do not want that nasty strawberry syrup in the bottom. What do they do? Just pump that syrup in the bottom and hand it to me🤢 I do not recommend the Starbucks near I-85 from 221! They never get the order right, yet, expect a tip 🤣

So this team is special. I hope Starbucks sees this. As a man that has moved to over 9 cities and 4 states I often move and do so alone. The power of a great team is amazing. I made it a routine after work to go to this Starbucks after work each day. Being alone in a new city is always hard. Each time I was greeted with smiles and kindness. What many don’t understand is that sometimes it was the only interaction I would have in a day especially in a new city. To be made to feel special and simply remembered was priceless. I hope this team knows they make a difference. They care. They made a hard move so very kind and comfortable. Kudos to this group, this team and this management. Thank you. Sincerely.
