I usually don’t do the bad reviews but Haley at the drive thru tonight 6/6 had the nastiest attitude I’ve encountered at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Not sure of her last name the last name was rubbed off but she has bad acne. She wanted me pull up at the window and just looked I sat there 2 mins before someone else walked off and asked if I wanted to order because the speaker was cut early. I don’t even truck this drink and will be bringing it back tomorrow when someone else is there to have it remade and speaking with a manager. Some idk can be avoided but she was just unacceptable.

Every time I have come into this location, I have felt at home. The baristas are always so kind and welcoming to all customers. They bring out drinks and food to you when you sit in. They are very wiling to acomodate and answer any questions you might have. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to any one.

I ordered food and coffee from this location and they forgot to put the good in the bag. Upon me requesting the correction the manage basically told me tough luck not her problem. I order from here everyday and have been for years. Starbucks will now entirely lose my business and i will be filing a corporate complaint against this manager. And if your the manager and you see this. You had a chance to make it right.

The drive thru can’t handle a 4 drink order (at 8am, mind you nothing else was ordered) with an empty drive thru, don’t waste your time at this location efficiency is not their game. I was told to pull around and park, unacceptable.

Every single time we come to this one drinks are never ready and we are always told to drive around to then end up with watered down and melted drinks. This Starbucks is by far the worst in Spartanburg

The new drive thru system is inefficient. Having me park and then get back into the drive thru when i’m the only one in the drive thru is ridiculous. I got here at 11:15 when the order was supposed to be ready at 11:18. I was told to park and then pull back around when the app said the order was ready. It was ready at 11:22 on the app and then I had to wait in line for 17 minutes because the drive thru got backed up by then. Waste of my damn time.

Every time I order through door dash they never give the dasher all of my stuff. And then they always have their phone off the hook so they can never be reached. My Son had to walk across the street front his job just so that I could speak with someone. It’s really Ghetto!

I went into Starbucks around 6:50am this morning. I waited about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledge me. I was the only person at the register. Starbucks is not Customer friendly.

Went through drive thru yesterday evening about 550pm order my child and her friend some items and a young Asian girl with glasses was the one taking my order. When I initially came up to order I went to asked about the $3 special but before I could even finish the girl immediately cut me off and said no. I don’t normally come to Starbucks so I was trying to read off my phone what my kids wanted. The girl in drive thru was NOT customer friendly AT ALL so that was making me very frustrated and annoyed. Once again I don’t come to Starbucks so I’m not 100% sure on how to order and she wasn’t making it any better. She was very rude about a particular drink when I asked about getting raspberry pumps she cut me off again and said something about they don’t carry that. At this point I’m so annoyed at this girl and her behavior but my girls still wanted their items even though they said she was being rude themselves. When I got to the window the girl still wasn’t friendly and after I paid and got items and said thank you and proceeded to drive off my daughter then mentioned the girl rolled her eyes and Luckily I didn’t see it. I think it’s very unacceptable and for one that young lady is supposed to be representing Starbucks. As someone that normally doesn’t come to Starbucks it leaves a bad taste in my mouth, especially for that particular store anyway and for that I will not be coming back. She should maybe get more proper training on being customer friendly as well. I wish I could do no stars.

Come on!!! Learn to read a freaking label!!!! I just had to pay $20 for a delivery order just for the workers to make the coffee wrong. Being they didn’t properly make it , I am stuck at work with a DISGUSTING COFFEE !! It’s not that hard to read a label !! Dasher was magnificent and picked the right bag . It was Starbucks fault and this happens so much that it has me furious !

Edit since my reply to the email isn’t working. It was not the dashers fault. The dasher grabbed the correct bag with my name on it , the employee read the label wrong resulting in it being made wrong. It is sad to want to pawn off your problems on the 3rd party !
