Ordered a drink at this location and they made it a quarter of the way empty and the lady didn’t even bat an eye while handing we the empty drink

I placed an order for delivery this morning for a mocha cookie frappe and pumpkin muffin…the muffin and frappe were both amazing but I wanted to share something that really touched my heart, put tears in my eyes…I struggle with mental health issues and every single year, around this time of year with the seasons changing and the holidays coming, I battle with my depression and anxiety a bit more than usual…some days are harder to just get out of bed…well, I just happened to glance at my cup and saw where the barista had written “You matter!”…I sat here just looking at the cup and tears started pouring down my face…I called and asked about the barista and was told that this sweet angel’s name is Ruth…Ruth, I can’t begin to tell you how much that meant to me and you are a true blessing…Starbucks has a special person who is working for them and I definitely have to get by there sometime and meet their precious, kind hearted barista…God bless you, Ruth!

This is by far the worse Starbucks location I’ve been to. The employees here definitely need some training.
I usually don’t do the bad reviews but Haley at the drive thru tonight 6/6 had the nastiest attitude I’ve encountered at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Not sure of her last name the last name was rubbed off but she has bad acne. She wanted me pull up at the window and just looked I sat there 2 mins before someone else walked off and asked if I wanted to order because the speaker was cut early. I don’t even truck this drink and will be bringing it back tomorrow when someone else is there to have it remade and speaking with a manager. Some idk can be avoided but she was just unacceptable.

Every time I have come into this location, I have felt at home. The baristas are always so kind and welcoming to all customers. They bring out drinks and food to you when you sit in. They are very wiling to acomodate and answer any questions you might have. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to any one.

I ordered food and coffee from this location and they forgot to put the good in the bag. Upon me requesting the correction the manage basically told me tough luck not her problem. I order from here everyday and have been for years. Starbucks will now entirely lose my business and i will be filing a corporate complaint against this manager. And if your the manager and you see this. You had a chance to make it right.

The drive thru can’t handle a 4 drink order (at 8am, mind you nothing else was ordered) with an empty drive thru, don’t waste your time at this location efficiency is not their game. I was told to pull around and park, unacceptable.
