Taryn and the team here really saved my morning! Another Starbucks location made my drink improperly, and without hesitation Taryn corrected the mistake. This location is always exceptionally clean and hosts a welcoming environment, this mornings customer service prompted me to leave this review so that this team can be recognized for having a terrific guest first culture.

This location is always fun to go to. The patio is great and the drinks are always consistent. I want to especially mention their employee Sara. She is ALWAYS a pleasure to see when I come in the door and she is consistently professional, kind, smiling and makes me visiting this location a great experience.

I am a little upset. Put in my order early for them to tell me maybe it was at the wrong location. It was at the right location. Then when I received my drink which was a hot tea. It was lukewarm and only half full! ? I am kind of upset and don’t think I will be attending the location anymore.

I am allergic to milk, (like anaphylactic shock type allergy) so I don't get Starbucks often and have to take special medicine to do so. I have a special drink I order that has dairy alternatives and no whip which makes it so I can enjoy a cup every once in a while. I ordered my drink and received whole milk, but since I went through the drive thru I didn't realize their mistake till I pulled away. I took a big drink only to realize it was dairy and it would make me very sick. I had to throw away my drink and take extra medicine to avoid a bad episode or a trip to the ER. I reached out to Starbucks about what happened and they don't care. Just be careful, most Starbucks pay attention when you tell them you have an allergy but this one didn't seem to care. Will not be returning to this Starbucks because the employees aren't trained to care about food allergies.
