Today I ordered a lavender matcha with oat milk and cream from Starbucks — and it was honestly one of the worst drinks I’ve ever had. The taste was bitter, unbalanced, and left a really unpleasant aftertaste. I drink matcha regularly and know how good it can be, but this was a huge disappointment.
To make things worse, when I tried to use my Starbucks app with my earned stars (Rewards), I was told they don’t accept it at this location. That made the experience even more frustrating.
I feel like I wasted my money and time. Very disappointing service — I won’t be coming back.

CORAL BROOKS GAVE 100% I’ve never had the kindest fasted service in Starbucks ever. She had order of 10 items . And behind me she had a big order. And she’ did both of ours at the same time and was done with mines under 10 min and theirs..

What can I say? When I got there. I was the only person there. I waited maybe 10 mins before the girl who took my order start making because she took another person order behind me. Mind you there was 2 other people there that should jumped in and help. The guy I assume must of been the manager. Just stood there and looked at me. Like please more your body and help make the drink.
