I love this Starbucks. The crew are awesome & I frequent there weekly, daily. One problem & it's been going on for awhile. The lid to my venti will not fit properly, no matter how much I try. It's been like this for awhile but today, the lid came off & my apple crisp went everywhere. I continued driving & just decided to write a review since this has been going in for months now. I know you can get lids to fit, PLEASE get the correct size from now on.

I come here just to say that I come to the Starbucks probably 5 to 6 days out of the week. I know, I know I have a habit, lol but I have never had an issue! The staff are always friendly, and they always write nice little notes on my cup.
I had to come here today specifically to share this picture that I took of these two beautiful dogs in front of me in line. I hope that you don’t mind that I took pictures of your babies, but they were too cute with the Starbucks sign in the background. I hope their owner sees this! 😍

So I come here a lotttt and spend so much money here. I’ve had to call and let the manager/supervisor know many times that my drink order wasn’t made correctly or the afternoon/evening crew didn’t add what I paid for. So I guess they didn’t like I spoke to the manager and is very dry and doesn’t speak back when I try to be polite. They also gave me a bad drink on purpose. The drink was bitter with no taste, sugar, caramel or anything. Wow didn’t know Starbucks was like this. I’ve tipped so well here and it still never made a difference. Nobody’s purposely trying to complain. I just want what I pay for. People work way too hard for their money for people like you to just give them anything. Horrible. The morning crew is much better it’s the afternoon crew people.

Every time I come to this location I like how the make there coffee specifically the mocha cookie crumble I walk in to find who make the delicious coffee that no other Starbucks can keep sending my spouse to come to this location to get it done I love it will definitely keep coming here
Overall they are very nice but it is super awkward when I’ve had to bring drinks back a few times. 70% of the time they do good on drinks. The other 30% they don’t seem to add everything customized or it has very little taste. Consistency needs work here for as much as I pay for these drinks.

I was there with my sister about 2 weeks ago. All 3 employees there were nice, & the atmosphere had a welcoming vibe. Unfortunately, both of our drink orders were wrong. They were happy to fix them, & we wished them well.
My sister went there alone a week later and said her order was incorrect again. She had a theory on a specific employee, but they still fixed the drink with no problem. I hope s/he gets it together so there won't be too much loss revenue due to incorrect orders.
I usually say I'll return to a business. I'd only go if my sister said the accuracy improved since my last visit.
