I dropped into the Blackstock Rd location today in Spartanburg and was high impressed by the team. They acknowledged me immediately and made me feel as if they were happy to help. I frequent Starbucks often in my hometown, but it's an entirely different vibe. Well done management and team at the Blackstock Rd location!

This location is a good location and everyone is friendly, however there is one thing. If I order a simple Venti Pike inside it takes them a while to get to it, but if I go through the drive through they will have it ready by the time I get to the window. I do understand that they are busy and maybe a little understaffed especially around the holidays so I'm not faulting them really. I will still visit the location from time to time but not as frequently as I use to. Other than that the staff are friendly and do work efficiently and with courtesy and to try to go above and beyond. All in all I would rate them an 8 out of 10

I visited this Starbucks location this morning, and my experience with the employee handling orders at the drive-thru window was, quite frankly, shocking She was incredibly hasty, overtly rude, and exhibited zero fundamental understanding of customer service. There was no attempt at hospitality whatsoever. Her behavior was so poor that she should not be in a customer-facing role--not with people, and not with anyone. Poor customer service is a direct failure of the business's commitment to its patrons This is not the first time I have experienced issues at this drive-thru, but I guarantee it will be the last. Customer service is 100% of the interaction, and my money is green and accepted everywhere I choose to go. Moving forward, I will be taking my business to Dunkin' Management at this location needs to seriously evaluate the training and placement of their staff, as this employee is actively driving customers away.

The window service didn’t make sure the lid was secured went to take a sip of my coffee, lid fell off most of coffee spilled out and ruined my shirt. Went inside to tell them that they caused me to waste my time cause have to go home and change and lost most of the coffee. They only responded sorry it’s been doing that. Won’t go to this location again
