The window service didn’t make sure the lid was secured went to take a sip of my coffee, lid fell off most of coffee spilled out and ruined my shirt. Went inside to tell them that they caused me to waste my time cause have to go home and change and lost most of the coffee. They only responded sorry it’s been doing that. Won’t go to this location again

Spent 21 DOLLARS for two drinks. Asked for EXTRA boba pearls and got not even the normal scoop and paid $5 EXTRA dollars for 2 drinks with extra boba. Staff is RUDE if you question them. Highly don’t recommend coming here if your expecting nice staff that get your order correct.

I just moved to the area a few months ago from Charlotte, NC. I have gone to Starbucks daily, it’s a problem, for at least 5 years. The staff at this Starbucks is the best I have ever encountered!!!!!! They are always smiling! They treat me like a friend and always make my day. They never disappoint!! I love starting my day seeing them! This location knows how to get it done the right way!!
