Terrible experience. Ordered Mocha Cookie Crumble sub Caramel drizzle. Staff had to make it 3 times. Then decided to laugh and make faces. Starbucks is not what it used to be and this is coning from a former barista from store 07664 in NY. I have a high tolerance because I remember what it felt like to be busy and trying my best. However your staff was just blatantly being rude and one of your baristas said “not putting mocha syrup in the drink would not change the taste of the drink”. Im not going to a link you gave me. This review is satisfactory enough.

I went Tuesday,Oct 29th around 7:15 I went thru the drive Thru got a charmel ribbon crunch with extra crunch I didn't get the extra crunch topping but the positive attitude of the people made it worth it the lady who took my order was very positive ans chirpy especially that early in the morning and the other lady who gave me my drink was the same I didn't get to get their names but I hope they have a great day they need a raise!!

I live in Greenville, but come this way often for work. This Starbucks is always a happy, hopeful little safe haven that when I'm having a rough day. Getting a coffee from here makes me feel better. The entire staff has the best attitude, they are always thoughtful and kind :) thank you!

I stop here for coffee. Expensive coffee I might add. I do not stop here for pride stickers placed on my child's cup. I have no problem with the pride community - you do you. It becomes a problem when you try to push your views on me or my family. You'll be happy to know that I will not be returning.

I suggest editing your hours to reflect the hours your store is drive through only. We stopped in at 9:05pm and were told drive through only. We pulled off to have a stop on our long drive and needed to take a break as well as get a beverage and snacks. Disappointed Starbucks!

Not a good location. Asked for a vanilla bean frap split into two tall cups for my dogs. When I got to the window, the tall blonde handed me a cup with whipped cream and then told me they weren’t allowed to put the drink into two cups, that I had to split into myself. Why give me a cup already with product in it if you can’t put the drink into both?And she said idk why we can’t.Young people cannot think anymoreWonder why AI will be taking over their jobs soon…
