PLEASE READ ALL STARBUCKS !!!! Ordered caramel brulee and a peppermint hot chocolate, and both were barely lukewarm. Went to this Ingles grocery store only for the Starbucks inside cuz it was the closest. Didn't realize until inside the car, the walk from inside to the car was 10 second approximately cuz I parked right outside the door. My caramel brulee also was extremely extremely over sweetened. When I got home to microwave both of ours, I poured out some so I can add some water and milk to try and dilute but even after a third I replaced still was just ridiculously over sweetened, had to throw it away. My wife had it worse !!! She drunk all of hers after I heated it up but then she had major cramps in her stomach abdomen and had to remain in the bathroom. My wife is not lactose intolerant and is a normal coffee drinker as well as hot chocolate in any other similar drink. Not looking to get anyone let go around this holiday season but perhaps some retraining on the exact steps and procedures for both making the coffee drinks as well as perhaps making sure things are fresh and not gone bad.

I drove over to this Starbucks because a very nice girl waited on me Saturday and made me a drink that she had made up which was absolutely delicious so I thought I would go back today and get another one. When I walked up a BIG black woman was standing at the register and another girl was washing the glass in the front. I asked the black girl could I speak to the other girl because she looked like the one that helped me on Saturday and she would know what I was talking about. The black girl said "I will help you." I said I wanted to speak to the other girl. She gave me a hateful look and turned around and got the other girl. She said she had not been the one that made my drink Saturday. I told her the situation and what drink I had tried. The black girl said "I was here then." No you were not I said. Anyway, I told her what this girl had made me and she proceeded to make me this drink. She slammed the cup down, looked up at me with a dirty look and when she was finished she slid the drink on the counter and walked off. No thank you or anything. I will not go back to this store if she is working. I've never had anybody treat me this way.

Line was super long and employees had no system to make the drinks. They would shut down taking orders to catch up and most of the time they were talking and not making drinks. When I finally got to order the cashier was rude, no smile and didn’t even ask my order just stood there until I started speaking. Then they forgot the sandwich I ordered, and they were out of the correct tops for the drink, a cold foam drink needs a sip lid. That’s the whole point of the cold foam. Manager needs to step in and train these employees. I worked at starbucks before and it was not like this… this was a mess, don’t wanna wait 20 mins for 2 coffees and a sandwich.
