Employees seem to hate their job at this location. I like to sometimes walk into the store to order, but I will be standing in line for a while, so I have been ordering ahead. Either way. The drinks are never consistent within the last two months. I also noticed they have a high turnover rate.

So today I went to Starbucks to get my regular a Mango dragonfruit with lemonade light ice the host who made my drink with the pink hair saw she was out of dragonfruit instead of her going to the back to restock she tried to scrap the sides n put little crumbs of berries in my drink and shook it up and tried to serve it to me like that was the correct way the drink was light pink than when I said something about it she tried to be smart and fill my cup up with ice when she remade it this was the first time I ever been disappointed in Starbucks I will definitely be taking a break from them
Poor customer service and the quality of food left a lot to be desired. I'll pass on this place in the future.

I’m a huge SB fan but specifically this location is so close to my heart! The staff is exceptional and so kind. Day is a sweetheart and literally makes my day! If your close to the downtown area, get your beverages
