Disappointed at this beautiful facade of a building . Venti first of all seems as if it shrunk. But also customer service has taken a dive. We all have bad days, but this seemed like so much more! This store smelled like old milk and vomit…. No joke was bad. A smile or maybe a fake one could have lifted this place up… but it didn’t happen :(

Received half of what I ordered.Lines are so slow, always out of something.Update: literally same experience. Slow lines and out of something I had already ordered and paid for online. Didn’t get a refund. Sounds like theft. But at least the owner is sorry.

Went to the Starbucks last Thursday on which was during happy hour and was charged full lice for both of my Frappe. I was told if I didn’t have the app it’s ful price after coming several times before this has never happened. Shannon was so rude her customer service skills idk where they are but she should be retrained or put in the back to work. I then asked for a refund because I was not okay with paying full price during happy hour. When going back to the counter Shannon eyeballed the other employees rolling her eyes as if she didn’t want to come help give the money back. I did not appreciate this treatment and no one else should go through this.

I live right around the corner and have an obsession with iced lattes, needless to say I’m a frequent customer. When Shelby was running the store things were a lot better than now. My drinks are constantly made incorrectly, one time okay I get it mistakes happen but every time I visit?? I pay extra for espresso shot in my latte and they don’t even put that in there. I feel like that bad customer when I have to complain and when it happens so often. I think today was my last visit and sadly I have been to this store almost daily for a little over a year. The Starbucks on John B White I have been two twice now and my drink has been perfect both times. #disappointed

This Starbucks location is generally clean and has a more spacious layout than some others I've visited. The coffee is consistently served hot, but there have been instances where the espresso machine seemed unclean, resulting in off-tasting beverages. Management could consider reinforcing the importance of thorough cleaning procedures to ensure consistent quality. While I understand that things can get hectic in the food service industry, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to guidelines is crucial for providing customers with the best possible experience.

This is the best Starbucks in town! Other locations at pine st (and the one at ingles pine st) have issues with not putting the right ingredients in drinks and not giving me all the bakery items from my app orders! But this place does it right!

The drive through line was horrendous. Went inside to order, and was very disappointed with service. Was ignored for at least 10 minutes, and then I kept being interrupted by the wait staff as I tried to place my order. Very frustrating to be treated this poorly by a place I seek comfort in. I hope I was not treated this way because I am a minority.

An almost brand new Starbucks on the Eastside of Spartanburg, S.C.! It seems like there is one on every street! This one is so nice! Every single thing is shiny and new. It's been awhile since my last visit to any Starbucks because it's counter productive to the diet I'd been on. Just gave in today and enjoyed a chocolate frappe! This one was absolutely amazing! I've never been to a Starbucks that I didn't like and this place is no exception!
