New employee was left alone. Did not know the menu. Did not know sizes. had a hard time counting out change. Made latte wrong. Refused to remake. Had to wait for manager of Ingles to get money back. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Online the hours state open till 9 but at 8:30 they are closed so that’s disappointing I normally visit during the afternoon but this day didn’t make it till later
