WOW. Beware if you ask for spicy mustard and mayonnaise these ppl are going to make that the whole sandwich. These condiments are an inch thick not even exaggerating. I'm about to scrape all this off. I don't know how anyone could do this without knowing it's stupid as hell. No one wants their whole sandwich to be covered in and taste only like condiments. It's supposed to be subtle and complimentary NOT Larger than the portion of meat and cheese GD!

I placed an order for my office at 11:11 am with an estimated pickup time of 12:35. I arrived at 12:20 to be told we haven't gotten your order. I showed my paid online order and receipt and was asked if I wanted to stay for them to make them. Ended up waiting 20 minutes.

The service was quick and friendly as the team behind the counter balanced hustle with friendliness in a manner rarely seen today. The sub was great and the dining room clean. Dollar for dollar you can not beat this place.
On this visit I had to get sandwiched for the whole family. The ladies and one gentlemen were friendly from when I walked in the door. After I gave my order they worked as a team, talking to one another and myself to complete my order. And they all finished with have a great day and come back.

Very nice restaurant, busy area for traffic but the service was good and so was food! There were younger employees who seemed to be in training but no complaints here ! Great job
Went in for supper. 5-29-24 6pm. Young staff was very nice, polite and respectful. We engaged in conversation about how everyone was doing. Older woman was not nice. She was outside when i got there and smoking a cigar as she leaned up on a car. Once she got inside and atepped up to the front, i spoke to her as well. She gave me ugly looks as I spoke to her and asked how she was just as I had asked the younger crew that was preparing my order. I told her about my health and chemo treatment. She didn't respond to me nor did she say anything. Just stared. I smiled at her anyway. I did ask her for a cup of vinegar and oil, which she did hand to me. I thanked her for it. Still just received an ugly stare and no response. She was, however, polite to certain other customers but not all of us customers. I noticed a difference in her attitude. Maybe the owners will notice it too if they watch their video recordings of the staff interactions with all customers. On a positive note, I want to say thank you for the following: The food was incredibly fresh, delicious and prepared correctly as ordered with gloved hands and an acknowledgement of my smiling thank you. I left them a tip at the register because of that. Every food preparation surface was exceptionally clean, so was the drink machine and condiment table. And, including the bathroom. Thank you for your cleanliness. This is my favorite sub and salad restaurant. I will be back soon.

Love the #19. Sub is always fresh and the folks that work here are great to interact with. Not sure why on the app and online they do not give you an option to order a #19. I have to call it in and then pay when I get there to order a #19.
