“My favorite location. The staff here goes above and beyond every single time I come here. As a family we order normally twice a month. The food is perfect. This location is clean. I love the way they treat my kids and just how kind they are. We will continue to come to this location. Customer service is top notch. Keep being amazing and thank you for not only the food but just being so kind!“

“That young woman who is the manager is just the BEST IN THE WORLD. She did everything by herself like a rockstar. When there should have been others in there helping her instead of being at home. This owner of this place should step back right beside her and tell his/her employees this is what makes OUR company. Without this young manager doing her job and doing it right I think it would have been closed. There is alot of things going on in the world right now and people we need to work with each other not against each other. This was a wonderful time meeting this manager and seeing how it should work. Thank you for keeping your cool and not losing it and just getting right on thru with what needed to be done. She has a great crew working for her and they were cleaning up and not just standing around. Me and my wife meet the owner of the place and he admitted to our faces that without her there wouldn't be that place. That says alot about this young manager and her crew. From my wife and myself I would like to thank you for the wonderful service and the great food. This young lady is the future of our world. “I don’t want to leave a bad review because I actually do love this location and the people that own it. I do however have a complaint about a certain employee. I don’t have a name sadly, but every interaction I have had with them they have been nothing but rude. She always has an attitude no matter what you do. I had a mobile order today and went through the drive thru to pick it up and she swung the window open and said “what do you want” and when I said I had the mobile order she slammed the window in my face and started throwing my subs into a bag. She then swung the window open and swung the bags out and when I said thank you she slammed the window back shut. You can have a bad day but this has been multiple times. I would fire her if I ran the place. After reading these reviews it seems she is always like that because I know the other employees do not act this way.“

“The Subs we're pretty good but as far as the service, from the person that took my order till I got to the end of the line to pay, I felt like I was asking them a favor when I needed extra napkins so don't ask for those because you'll get this.. the people that were working the day I went should not be working with the public in my opinion..“

“The Subway on Reidville Rd has a nice, modern vibe and fresh ingredients, which is always a plus. However, there was one worker who seemed to have a bit of an attitude for no reason. Overall, it’s still a decent spot for a quick bite, but there are a few things they could improve on.“

“Fantastic. Always has what I want ready and is a great pick me up after going to plasma a few doors down. Great selection of meats, veggies, sodas, cookies, and extras. Staff are always smiling and polite and you could probably eat off the floors because the place is SPOTLESS every time I go in there. Easily one of the cleanest Subways I've ever seen. Highly recommend.“

“Wow!! A Great Subway experience!! Excellent dining in, Subs were delicious (veggies were crisp, and fresh) The staff was so fantastic and friendly, It was a pleasure to be able to experience it. It was on the way to an appointment, so it was "lucky" thing for me to find such a treat! Thank you to the staff (they deserve a free sub when they are working, my goodness to have to smell that yummy smell all day, and work hard, that deserves a "Sub" on the house) Kudos to them, it's a rare thing to see a restaurant that clean and have such great people!!

Vegetarian options: There is a nice array of veggies to pick from, that are cut to perfection, and crisp, taste the freshness when you bite into them!!

Kid-friendliness: Staff was kind, friendly, patient, when my youngest son wanted to make his own sub order (not Mom.) There were clean toddler chairs available if needed.

“It was my first time in a long time going the staff was super friendly and made me laugh so hard the new subs are delicious my dad had the champ my husband had the meat lover something like that I had the garlic one and my son had the regular tuna they all taste it good and fresh definitely recommend this location ?“
