Quality Service, quality time, excellent staffing
My favorite location. The staff here goes above and beyond every single time I come here. As a family we order normally twice a month. The food is perfect. This location is clean. I love the way they treat my kids and just how kind they are. We will continue to come to this location. Customer service is top notch. Keep being amazing and thank you for not only the food but just being so kind!
First. I don't know who took this store over, but they suck. The hold back on toppings, they don't seem to have a clue on how to make a sandwich. I got a meatball sub with dry meatballs hardly any marinara sauce I wonder if it was ever in marinara sauce. When I asked. All of a sudden there's a language barrier. Never again.
This subways quality has really went down hill. The lettuce looks old and the bottled drinks are not cold do to the refrigerator being out but no one told me when I paid for it.
Awesome family running the place happy and eager to help.

This is my first public review - that’s how bad this was. This is not the Subway that it use to be. What has happened to this franchise? So sad. Group take out order not as written down, cold vs toasted, sauced to soaking, undercooked/raw cookies and denied the special discount w app coupon as the order (that you have to do as the customer) was already submitted. No correction or refund. I just deleted the subway app. Never again. Save the money, drive the extra distance and go to Jersey Mike’s if you want customized quality.
Try enter Promo for 6.99 12 inch. manager refuse to give me discount because I already paid. Screwed up 1 order put Barbeque sauce on it instead sweet onion teriyaki. Workers we very unfriendly and not professional. 37 dollars for Subway??

Very frustrated with the new owner. The sign on the door stated that you all open at 7:30 am and yet you in fact don't. I called while in the parking lot to see why it wasn't open and the lady said you all don't open until 8am and that she told the boss AJ Patel to change the sign and he refused to do so.

I had the coupon 12.99 for 2 subs. They made the subs & then informed me that one of my subs could not be used in this deal. I should have been told before they made it. I paid reg price for my subs. I should have told them to keep those subs. I will not be back. Next time I am going to Publix, where I never have a problem. The Manager was not very helpful at Sub Way. This was the one on Hwy 221 near Ingles.

I will not be coming back. I come here everyday and today I had the worse experience. This India guy was making my sub. I bought three foot Long. When I asked for the veggies he literally count the veggies and I got one or two tomatoes barely any spinach. I asked for more veggies and he ignored me. My all pro sweet onion teriyaki barely had any chicken. Half of the sub has only a few veggies no meat. He must be themanager because he is bossing everyone else around.
