My favorite location. The staff here goes above and beyond every single time I come here. As a family we order normally twice a month. The food is perfect. This location is clean. I love the way they treat my kids and just how kind they are. We will continue to come to this location. Customer service is top notch. Keep being amazing and thank you for not only the food but just being so kind!
I had the coupon 12.99 for 2 subs. They made the subs & then informed me that one of my subs could not be used in this deal. I should have been told before they made it. I paid reg price for my subs. I should have told them to keep those subs. I will not be back. Next time I am going to Publix, where I never have a problem. The Manager was not very helpful at Sub Way. This was the one on Hwy 221 near Ingles.
It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.The folks working there were quick and very efficient. They were very helpful with menu questions.Our subs were made perfectly as requested and were really good.Good job, y'all!!
