Never had to leave a review but with a little care for your job & better customer service training this could have been avoided…..This store was very unprofessional, although my fiance and I were first greeted by two ladies when we walked in (one younger in age and the other middle aged, both dark skinned.) neither of which had on any type of professional uniform or name tag. We ordered 3 subs, all the same minus the vegetables on them. My fiance ordered the first two and I went on with mine, I asked for extra toasted and the younger girl didn’t even say anything just put the sandwich in the toaster, then when they came out the older lady had my sandwich, she asked what I wanted on it and I proceeded to tell her everything and when we got to what she thought was the last thing (which was not but I wasn’t tripping, just hungry n ready to go) she closed the sandwich really fast before I could say the next thing. Mind you my fiance and I were the only people so no they were not busy. So here I am, eating for the first time today at 5:40pm a cold, and made with absolutely no love, worst sandwich I’ve ever had from subway (I didn’t think that was possible) seems like their coolers were not temped right, I only say that because their vegetables had frost on them & the peppers were frozen.. save yourself the trip and just go to another subway around the way🤣

This subway is tucked away in a plaza. The store itself is very clean and the staff is friendly. The food was delicious and I was able to get in and out quickly

The customer service was horrible. I felt like I was bothering them when I walked in. The atmosphere was similar to a funeral. My food was horrible. I won't be eating at this location again!

If i give 0 stars i would ! I am here from out of state , this man was rudeAF, tried to make his own price for my food , asked him to show me on the menu & couldn’t! He was on FT showing the food & no gloves just a bad experience!!

I love them all
I don’t want to leave a bad review because I actually do love this location and the people that own it. I do however have a complaint about a certain employee. I don’t have a name sadly, but every interaction I have had with them they have been nothing but rude. She always has an attitude no matter what you do. I had a mobile order today and went through the drive thru to pick it up and she swung the window open and said “what do you want” and when I said I had the mobile order she slammed the window in my face and started throwing my subs into a bag. She then swung the window open and swung the bags out and when I said thank you she slammed the window back shut. You can have a bad day but this has been multiple times. I would fire her if I ran the place. After reading these reviews it seems she is always like that because I know the other employees do not act this way.
Person very rudely at the front interrupted my girlfriend and informed us they don't accept coupons. We were really looking forward to trying this one as we just moved to the area. Please eat elsewhere. :(.
They don't accept coupons. If you have coupons. Use them in a different location!!!! It's worthy, we could save 50% off on a foot long sandwich. $15 - 50% off
The person at front waited until the order was ready to respond to the question: " we don't accept coupons,"

Restaurantji Recommends
I meant to post this last week and forgot. It was around 7 or 7:30 at night. The young guy at the drive thru was nice but the lady fixing the sandwich was not. My son don't eat that much on his sub so it's not like she had to put a lot on it. We ask for a footlong with turkey, pepperoni, lettuce, jalapeno peppers and banana peppers. We pulled.off and I checked it before leaving the parking.lot. It had bell peppers instead of banana peppers. My friend took it back in and told her. She ripped the sandwich apart and started taking the bell peppers off and said she wasn't making another sandwich. Isn't that her job? To make another one? I wish I could be behind that counter and know she didn't like something cause I sure would put it on there and leave out something she did like and say the same, I'm not making another sandwich. Unprofessional

Bread wasn't fresh, which made both of our sandwiches taste not so good. The bread seemed old, perhaps from a couple of days ago or something.
