Had a coupon buy one foot long and a soda and get a foot long free. This store said that they don't honor the buy one get one coupon because it makes the store loose money. But they honored my other coupon ?I think it wasn't fair so what did they do w the Sub took it home they still lost

First The owner No let me change that the person who bought into subway franchise is definitely using the young teenagers to his advantage he is very rude to them talk any kind of way very unprofessional!!!! This was my daughter first job what a awful experience he cheated her out of her hours tells them that they close at 10 but the last customer can be taken at 9:59 which leaves only 10 minutes to clean up after 1010 he do not pay overtime and they would not get out of there until 1035 He definitely is a person to keep your children from working here and away from this cruel unprofessional guy that’s getting over and on top of that the place is definitely not clean we have pictures of bug roaches molded bread Heads up do not let your child our childrens work here awful person that run this place just awful

Gave us the wrong order entirely. We attempted to call several different times to let them know, but no one answered the phone and the voice mail apparently “hasn’t been set up yet.”

We have lunch from Subway at least two times a week and had a bad experience at this location two weeks ago but figured we’d give it another try and it’s still the same. Bread was hard, lettuce was brown, none of the fountain drinks worked, and air conditioning didn’t work.

Order was wrong. Couldnt even order my wives food. Wasnt asked about a drink or chips. And they refused to refund.Tuna. Lettuce. Tomato. Black olives. Easy enough right?Sweet onion chicken teriyaki.Then the lady had the audacity to cuss my wife out.

Let me preface with how much I LOVE Subway and frequent this location. But tonight was unexpected. The young woman at the drive through window had the rudest and most lackluster attitude I have experienced in a while. Sighing and breathing hard like she couldn’t be bothered to take our order. Unnecessary and unacceptable. If an eye-roll was a person, it’d been her.

I do not recommend this subway at all! My bread was hard and crumbly whenever I bit into my sub, the lettuce was not fresh at all, and when I went to try and get a refund the boy at the register was clipping his nails! The girl who made my sub tried to argue me down about it not being a big deal and told me my only other option was to get another sub made. Neither of the two employees that were there knew how to process a refund and had to call the manger who was not in store multiple times so she could explain to them how to process a refund. Both of the employees had in AirPods and could barely hear what I was saying the entire time! Highly disappointed in subway.
