Ordered online and my boyfriend went to go pick it up for lunch. When he got there they was making his sandwich wrong he just basicly wanted meet cheese and sauce and they was added all tyoes of extra stuff. He brought my order and it was screwed up. Wanted #20 bacon chicken ranch. I eat mine as advertised with pickles and spinch instead of lettuce. They put the wrong cheese added olives which i can eat olives and didnt put and pepper corn ranch. Then when i called to conplain the lady insisted that the order was correct but apologized for not putting the ranch. She did say i could bring it back in and she'll redo it but again on lunch. Waistes money because im not eating it.

I only left one star because I could not leave zero!!!!!! I’ve never been told at any other subway I couldn’t use my coupons for certain subs. However here I was told “one meat sub” only!!! They were not friendly at all in fact he rushed me thru building my subs! And don’t get me started on the nasty flies all over the restaurant!!! Mind you the food is open! I will NEVER visit again. I will spend the extra time driving across town! Poor service all the way around

The sandwich was about what you would expect. I ordered online and also ordered a large brewed iced tea. The employee gave me a large tea cup but no there was no brewed tea. He told me they had tea in a plastic bottle in the cold box. I got one out and it filled my glass up about halfway, so I got another one. The guy went ballistic. “NO NO NO NO.” I filled my glass while he continued to yell at me, then gave him a few choice words and walked out. I’ll never go there again. There was a time I’d eat there 2-3 times/week. I even bought lunch there often for my employees. My father would say they cut off their nose to spite their face.

I usually order online and pick up for my orders. And today I went to pick up my order here and the guy working the counter gave one of my sandwiches to another customer. he eventually made me another sandwich after several attempts to try and get the other sandwich back from the customer but once that happened I may not end up coming back to this location.

Building full of employees and some customers just hanging out and eating. Doors were locked 45 mins early(which is the 3rd time), they decided to blame it on a service outage. Very disappointed please put people that want to work inside of the establishment. I won’t be coming back what so ever.

The manager talked to me like trash and wouldn’t listen to anything I had to say then hung up on me. Wrong attitude and wrong order. Everyone in the store was also stoned off their rockers when I picked up my food. Highly do not recommend
The last 2 times I've been there the bread on my subs was hard which means the bread is not stored correctly. Today they ran out of bread only had flatbread and wheat bread which was stale. If the bread is stale and not stored correctly I wonder what else is not being stored correctly. They need new employees in here who aren't always on their headphones and actually greet customers. It's night and day compared to the other subways at Dorman and Hillcrest go there instead

Both sandwiches falling apart instructions not followed basically drowned my sandwich when the order said LESS on the sauces. Maybe if the 2 boys working there weren’t impaired by the very clear use of weed. Too high to do the job smoke ya shit but learn your limits and the when’s and where’s

The workers in there only to get a check how get upset with the customers because u have to make they food that's your job title if you don't wont to work quit just that simple then sometime cookies bake to hard food unproperly storaged....Undercover boss / mangers need to stop by talk, fire people, hire or watch what's going on before someone get hurt.
