Arrived to pick up food at 747 pm door was locked even know they don't close tell 9 the worker was at the counter let us in after about 5 min of telling us to hold on

Lady named Haley was the only worker there. She was very nice and respectful. If her boss or owner reads this. Give that lady a RAISE. She is a hard worker.

I just came from subway at this location. The order was 2 hours and 17 minutes late. I went inside to pick up my order at 5 35 pm and it was 7pm when I got there. I waited snd looked to see if they had an order slot like most. Stood and waited 10’minutes to ask if they pre made my subs he said no. The guys there were rude didn’t say welcome in. After another 17 minutes I got upset cause the one guy said he was making my order and 20 minutes later when I asked where it was he was confused like it didn’t ask. I got upset and spoke out and told the guys this is 2 hours and 17 minutes later I have a woman I’m caring for I’m in healthcare and she’s bed bound. They both didn’t say anything. The one black guy was cursing under his breath to another coustner. Very rude very slow and never again will I go there. Worst experience ever!!!!

The Subway on Reidville Rd has a nice, modern vibe and fresh ingredients, which is always a plus. However, there was one worker who seemed to have a bit of an attitude for no reason. Overall, it’s still a decent spot for a quick bite, but there are a few things they could improve on.

There were 3 people in line when we arrived and we waited for about 25 minutes before we decided to leave. Never got to order and they just finishing on one of three people before us and I heard them say they had door dash orders to get done before they helped anyone else. Not sure of the two guys were new or what but only one of them was making sandwiches. Probably won't be going back.
We went yesterday, 6/11, at about 5pmish. The two gentleman working were so nice and made us 2 delicious sandwiches. The restaurant was clean which is always important. I'm sitting here eating the other half and it just reminded me that I would like to recognize those two guys. Thank you.

This subway has the worst customer service they missed treated my mother today being very rude to her I disapprove that the way they treated her and the bag had a hole in it and she went back in to get another back and guy made another rude comment to her this store needs new and better help

If you ever want to find a Subway that has great fantastic customer service. Absolutely. Delicious food and a perfect atmosphere. Come to this Location on reville road. They are little late, the number one store.
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian sub that is heavenly
Dietary restrictions: I have a severe bleeding ulcer. And I never have to worry about it at this location.
Parking: They're located in like a very small shopping center. So there is plenty a parking space.
Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is very kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: In the location the riot, it is access easily for in the handicap.Or Wheelchai

Closed 30min early. Would’ve gone to a different Subway if I’d known this but they have no signage posted as to why. Guess they just wanted to go home early.
I arrived at this subway on April 14th at 8:30, 30 minutes before 9pm closing. , I found one staff member (short Afro) with his feet up in the booth, a second staff member behind the counter hoodie and dreads covering his head and face, and greeted by Michael (who I assume was the shift leader) who unlocked the doors to tell me that he closed the store early cause he needed to leave. I’m unsure if it was an emergency, and know everyone has them, but the scene looked questionable. There were no signs posted as notice and the hoodie-guy threw up the sign ‘like DMX’ to let me know I wouldn’t be served. I wish as a whole people could do better with customer service, and professional etiquette in a business environment, regardless of the business. I hope all was well with the young man and that changes in store hours will be communicated appropriately under future circumstances. Call in advance if you want a sub, I guess.
