Been here cuple of times. Yesterday was my last. Both times several years apart- service was horrible- very rude lady. Made me feel like she was doing me a favor. I was most surely messing with her as I was the only customer in store. I could get past this is the food was of any quality- frosting was gross- like what would be sitting out on gingerbread house after a few days- hard and sugary- like a cheap frosting- cupcake was also dry- some people are into this flavor. If your not Publix is right up the road and they also have pretty designs!

It was February 13th, the Eve of Valentine’s Day when we discovered this gem. I’d been seeing this bakery for years so I finally decided to stop in for a visit. The moment we stepped in the aroma of sweetness was breathtaking. It was early so they were still putting everything out but what they had on display looked good enough to make me want to try everything! We ended up getting two cake squares, two cherry cheesecake cupcakes, two red velvet cupcakes, one stuffed chocolate chip cream cheese cookie and one brownie stuffed chocolate chip cookie. My favorite was the cake squares. OMG! I love the taste of wedding cake and those cake squares are spot on. Have you ever just had a taste for white cake with buttercream, real buttercream frosting? This is definitely the only bakery in Spartanburg county that I’ve tried so far that measures up in delicious cake squares. We will definitely be going back for lots of those. I liked everything that we bought but those were my favorite. We are going to go back soon a little later in the day because I want to see all that they have to offer so I can give them a YouTube Review for my channel, Jackie’s Southern Soul. Don't waste your money!! $34 for a dozen cupcakes that had too much frosting and very small tasteless cakes. There's no price break for thr dozen, they charge you $2.85 each whether you get one or twenty!! Will never recommend!!

This is a quaint little bakery. I love decor. The staff is super friendly. I had to wait a few minutes for an order I was picking up and they gave me a delicious lemon cookie. I will definitely go back.

My wife was very excited about this cake that she ordered for my birthday party. She ordered it early and couldn't wait for me to see it. She said the staff was super friendly and I gotta say the cake looked great. However, it taste awful. The frosting was hard, which butter cream usually isn't, and the cake it's self was to dense and heavy like to much flour or baking soda. No one ate more than a few bites and it quickly became the talk of the party as to how bad it taste. Definitely not worth the $75 dollars she paid for it. Walmart cake taste loads better.

My daughter-in-law bought a Customer cake for $75 here. The cake looked great but it taste like crap. The cake part tasted like it had to much flour and the butter cream frosting was discussing. Food Lions Cakes are so much better and cheaper. It's so sad that this expensive cake will be thrown in the trash. She can't even reach out to them and return it since they are closed for the holiday weekend.

It was my first time trying them I normally go to small cakes which is absolutely delicious but they don’t have strawberry or actual confetti so I came here because of the reviews and they were very very bland no taste. Disappointed.
