As a service worker myself I’m pretty understanding and patient when it comes to others- the one place I draw the line is when employees are flat out rude and nasty to their customers.
This location is so notorious for having nasty and rude employees. When you’re ordering at the screen they talk down to you like you’re an animal. It’s almost impossible to get through your order because of how disgusting they talk to you. I understand everyone has bad days but when serving a customer who’s been nothing but kind to you… do better.

They need to fire the entire night shift crew at the Hillcrest location in Spartanburg. They are very rude and unprofessional. They also will tell you that they are only doing doordash or uber eats orders when you pull up to the drive-thru. They hang out outside and look very frustrated when you pull in as if they don’t want to do their jobs at all. If I could give zero stars I would have. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered a basic taco pack. They proceeded to clear small orders inside and clear the drive through before making my 12 basic tacos! In total I waited 38min. For a order I could've make in 3min.

I usually like taco bell. However, this location does not have good customer service. Drive thru was down? Not sure what that means. Speaker was working. I was told to pull around and come inside. Why? If the speaker wasnt working, then take my order at the drive thru window. But the speaker system was working... What difference does going inside make? Still having to ring up my order through the pos...

Picked drive through pick up n the app and they still made me come inside to pick up my order. Whats the point of a choice if I have to go inside no matter what I choose? Staff was busy on their phones and took forever to give me my order. Wouldn’t come here.

We went to the drive thru but this staff is excellent. We had to wait just a couple of minutes for our food but it was fresh and the lady joked around a bit. We will be back!

What supervisor allows for their staff to pre-make tacos and nachos so when someone comes through the drive-thru during slow hours all they have to do is throw it in the bag! $20 wasted. Do not go here around 10pm on Sundays! All of it was soggy! Done with y’all!!

I came to the drive thru ordering a supreme box & 3 DLT supremes. When I got to the window I asked if I could make my tacos a combo instead. They weren’t making anything extra besides a drink. My tacos were in fact not supremes so I went in with my receipt and told them my tacos were not correct. The ladies, Nicole and some other girl on the line had an attitude about that. They didn’t make my tacos a combo, and were mad they had to remake my tacos. If you got it right the first time this wouldn’t have been a problem. I have worked at this exact taco bell for about 2 and a half years & HAVE NEVER ACTED LIKE THAT WAY TO A CUSTOMER EVEN IF I MADE A MISTAKE OR DIDNT.! Very much unacceptable behavior.
