It should be against the law to steal from customers. Literally spent 20 dollars and got absolutely nothing for my money. The order was correct and the items was 100% wrong. It is crazy how this can still happy time after time with places.

Taco Bell's app has been down for weeks. It lets you go through the whole process. Place your order. Pay for it and then the credit card company puts the money back on your card because the app isn't working

The drive-thru cashier was kind of rude he just handed my bag of food and closed the window didn't say thank you here's your order have a nice day nothing no kind of customer service manners at all!!

The food is good, employees are awesome, but their prices are outrageous compared to the other Taco Bell literally 2 and a half miles away. They charged me 55 cents for extra red sauce and 88 cents for extra cheese on a bean burrito that ended up costing me $4 by itself. Pretty sure the one on pine street doesn't even charge you for extra red sauce. I'll never get this location again.
