The manager needs to pay attention to this place,,, place smells like pee,, nobody at the counter,, been waiting over 20 minutes, people working in there are so rude,, is not clean and they are super slow...

It's bad even for a Taco Bell, where I'm not even expecting too much, and it's not just this one. I don't know what has happened, Taco Bell used to be in my top 5 places to eat, eventhou the service was not to good, never cared weather the atmosphere was good or bad, the food was always consistent. The one at Westgate is no better. My food smelt like old oil and tasted the same. One bite was all I could do, so I put the Taco down and smelt the burrito, it passed the smell test, so I took a bite and damn if there wasn't a long white hair in it. I should have driven off when I placed my order. I ordered a $5 box that was advertised on my local TV channel and was told,"Oh, we don't have that here. What I was expecting to get for $5 ended up costing a little over $9
So if I want a decent taco or burrito, I just make it at home. I just wish that I could find some place that sells Taco Bell's El diablo sauce. Now that stuff is the bomb.
Parking: The parking is limited and tight. I don't know if they share their parking lot with the Arby's beside it are not, but it really sucks. But all the places there at Heron Circle are congested. That whole aera is just like that stupid traffic circle it's built around. Chaotic.

I just wanted to write a review for this Taco Bell located on Asheville hey. I’ve had a couple of negative experiences before, but when I came there this time I experienced a great experience. Manuel Was working the drive through window, I even had to call to get his name because I was very happy with his service. He treated me with kindness, very respectful, and professional. I felt like he needed the appreciation for the kindness he showed. This is definitely an employee worth keeping, and it’s extremely hard to find good employees these days. Thank you Manuel for your great service, you deserve the appreciation.

Kids love Taco Bell. Especially their dinner box / lunch box combos …. We generally order it online since it is a little cheaper . We were driving to VA and found this Taco Bell on the way . We used their app and ordered it online . The Taco Bell was 20-25 mins away and we ordered it . Lots of tables inside to sit and dine .
When we reached , the food was ready and the kids got it and had a good meal. We went for dinner . Burrito was a bit dry but it was good. Potato fiesta and fries 🍟 were really good . Drink was good too. Service looked good . We had a good experience overall..

To the rude lady at tacobell on Asheville hwy that wanted to argue with me and called me a liar because I said I ordered 2 mtn dew Baja blasts one with ice and one with no ice, I forgive you! I have no reason to argue with an individual that clearly has terrible reading a ticket. Here it is in black and white that I ordered 2 because I'm your app one was free today being it's the 20th anniversary and the other came with my meal. Please see attached. It's people like you that will ruin a good business for the owners. If you don't like working in customer service perhaps you should update your resume... Have the day you deserve ☺️ also, I was charged for sauce that I did not even receive!
