Spent $40 on dinner; asked for sauce (5 each) but not in the bag. I’ve attempted to contact the store but not only Is there no answer from the store But no option to leave a message. This continues to be an issue with this location among Many other problems. In addition, the food was cold. I would encourage everyone to stop spending their money here. Should you just want to spend your money here, I would encourage you to check your bags as well as encourage the employees to do their job. I would go even further to say that perhaps corporate needs to A higher more competent employees, and pay their employees more to do their jobs because apparently the employees that they have are unable to follow instructions. This is a problem when working in an establishment where the employees are unable or incapable of following, not just simple, but very very, very, very, very, very simple instructions.

DoorDashed two quesadillas for my kids. Came so charred that they were inedible. There is zero chance they weren’t aware. They seriously looked at these blackened, charred quesadillas and thought “yes… this is perfect…”. DoorDash partially refunded, in spite of the pictures taken.
May the person who decided to send the cremated remains of a quesadilla (twice) always feel the seams of their socks.

This is the third time in a row I’ve asked for Diablo sauce and received none with my order. I can see why you fast food workers are paid $14 an hour, cause you can’t follow simple instructions lol. I will never come back to this fast food restaurant, don’t bother questioning your manger for a raise cause this is why you won’t get one lol

My wife comes here all the time i decided to come with her tonight because she said she was nervous to come back since last time some weird guy was flirting with her. We ordered and everything was fine but he was there again. Not trying to describe him in a mean way, but he has a neckbeard and works the DT at night. I didn't hear him so I guess he said it quietly enough where I couldn’t but my wife heard him say “come back and see me” leave my poor wife alone. She just wants a taco just hand the tacos out the window. Next time this happens i plan to say something my wife is not going back without me and i will be talking to management, upper management if i have to if this happens again.

The inconsistency of the food is ridiculous. I spend $5-$6 on a Gordita crunch just for me to get a table spoon of beef.

the food was yummy but they need to work on their crunch wrap skills. my friend's crunch wrap was not wrapped very well.
Gave me the wrong order I ordered a supreme Crunchwrap and they gave me a supreme burrito. When I went back they gave me a crunch wrap that was coming out the bottom.

It should be against the law to steal from customers. Literally spent 20 dollars and got absolutely nothing for my money. The order was correct and the items was 100% wrong. It is crazy how this can still happy time after time with places.
