I fell in love with a little road side taqueria 25 years ago when I lived in so cal. They had the most amazing tortas and I have been trying tortas everywhere I've lived since trying to chase that fix.

Taqueria Mucho finally satisfied that craving.

I work near where they park the truck. I drove by it for months and finally stopped. Let me tell you, I am kicking myself for not stopping sooner! Super tasty and fresh. Prices are better than most food trucks. The pastor burrito was excellent.

So so good! This was my first time trying it so I didn’t know what to expect. I tried the tacos(asada, chorizo, and carnitas). They were amazing!!! The salsa was a perfect combo of flavor and heat. Don’t be scared…stop by and try it. The food was fresh and the service was really fast. You gotta try the chorizo taco. I’ll be back for sure. I can’t wait to try everything else.
