We only had to wait about 15 minutes for our table. We had reservations because we had a large group.

3rd try @this location. Steaks never come out cooked correctly. 3 visits with multiple guests, not 1 steak has come out right. This time manager took them back to redo, brought them back still not right, 3rd try got it right, took 40 minutes to fix this issue. In the meantime, your sides are all cold. Its unbelievable really, that a steakhouse cant get steaks right. Other locations we visit are on point. This location needs corporate to look at the problem. Im very frustrated with wasted money and plans ruined waiting on food taking excessively long.

Pretty cool and tasty place to eat when the floors are swept of trash and the food is served hot. Sent back my room temp chili and should've done the same with the ribs. Had to ask a worker to sweep our area. Their ribs are normal tasting, wouldn't call them award winning like how they claim. Waitress was nice and their ranch pairs well with their steak fries.

Celebrated my birthday here and had THE BEST experience. Our waitress (Nora) was PHENOMENAL. She was down to earth, courteous, prompt and professional! We’ve run into a lot of unfriendly people since we moved here, but she was amazing and made my birthday dinner enjoyable and special. Thank you Nora! Also, the food was DELICIOUS!

Update:
I spoke with the manager the evening I posted this. She started by trying to explain what a medium rare steak is (which wasn’t as much the issue as the process of getting what I wanted and the poor service), then offered a free appetizer. After about 15 minutes on the phone, she finally - and rather hesitantly - agreed to a refund. I appreciate that they were quick to respond to the complaint, but the beginning of the call felt like they were trying to make it my fault.

Original:
I have never left a bad review, but this visit was unacceptable. My steak came out raw in the middle—no visible muscle fibers, tough, and clearly unsafe to eat. It was sent back three times, yet some pieces were still raw inside. By the end, three of the four pieces were overcooked because I had to cut them in half to check.
The staff made it worse. The person taking it back was rude and didn't seem to care, and our waitress seemed disengaged with no effort to make things right. No offer to remake the dish or adjust the bill.
Easily one of the worst dining experiences l've had.
