I recently visited Texas Roadhouse for dinner with my family. The food was absoloutely delicious but what made it a 10/10 experience was the exceptional service that we had received from our server Piper. She was quick, knowledgable, present and very sweet! We had a few questions regarding the menu and the manager Taylor took the time to stop by to talk. He was very personable and friendly. We appreciated that very much. We will be back!! Thank you Piper!Kid-friendliness: I have a sometimes loud & crazy 3 year old and she was very welcomed. Shes also a very picky eater but they have a bunch of good options! She got the hot dog and fries and loved it.

I'm a Texas roadhouse take out fan. The place is always so busy for dine in that I started ordering take out. Their whole order, notification, and pick-up process are great. Their food is really, really good. I'm not sure how they do it.

Went on my birthday.. the only reason I gave 5 starts for service is we had the most amazing waiter, Marco. I was upset because although my husband was on the property (taking a call outside) they refused to seat us until he came in and they were not busy. The hostess was not friendly either. However, Marco made up for it. Very sad the rolls have changed..bigger and not the same.. porous. Ribs had very little meat. Also the rattlesnake bites were just warm. Disappointed but more about the rolls and ribs. Ribs not worth the price at all

A little noisey atmosphere but overall a really good steak house.
I can't remember our waitresses' name (if she even told us). She did start out by saying she was going to give us excellent service. She did not. She tried but got distracted alot. The first thing which isn't her fault but was a strike was waiting 25.minutes for one basket of rolls. Where I am from they come to the table with you.In that 25 minutes no silverware, small plates, nor extra napkins were placed on the table. The children didn't have kids' menus, which is a great thing to have when making kids wait awhile. My salad took forever to come out, and when it did, there was more water on it than dressing. I also ordered a sweet potato and never got the marshmallows on it. The kids waited forever for refills, which we had to ask for. Anytime I asked for anything else it took well over 10 minutes for her to come back. The service wasn't that great, and the food wasn't either, and slow.Kid-friendliness: They do have the tablet at the table with games on it for like 3$. However only one kid will be occupied at a time. They told me they don't have kids menus. She came back 30 minutes later with some but said they were rare.

Man, do I hate waiting for a seat at a restaurant. Anything more than 15 minutes I bolt. But, this weekend we had my daughters birthday and she wanted to go so we waited. After booking online, checking in when we arrived, and receiving a text saying we were next, we walked in to find we still had to wait, and we then were standing next to the front door in the way because 7 other groups are waiting too. Aaaaahhhhh!!! I pushed through, though, for my daughter's special day, and after about another 15 minutes in the doorway, we finally got sat. After that, everything was A++++. Service was great, the food was great, they even went all out and brought over the saddle for her to sit on while they did their birthday song! (She was too shy to get on), but I think they went above and beyond for our experience, and I wish I knew our waitresses' name because she was fantastic! I know now to try to eat dinner early if I don't want to wait, and it's not the restaurants fault all the Yankees and California's moved here and ruined our city! Thank you guys so much for the great birthday dinner for my daughter!
