I was really craving crepes and luckily ran into this place. I got to eat my favorite type of crepe with Nutella on it. Fast service. Highly recommend to anyone that loves breakfast.

We stumbled on this eatery due to being very hungry for breakfast. Crepes were very good along with the other items. Coffee very good. Bathroom could use a little cleaning though.

I mean ... the food is ok if you're searching for an American breakfast. But if you're searching an authentic delicious French restaurant this is not right the place. I have to say that the service was really good but I did not enjoyed the food.

(Pick up order) Was looking forward to the food to be honest, but while I was paying I could see that the chef in the kitchen and walking behind the bar was the only staff who did not wear a mask. Very disappointing! Not coming again.

My best friends and I visited while in town today to celebrate my birthday and our experience was very enjoyable. The server made our drinks just the way we asked and was very lovely. The food was delicious, service was great, and we had a great time. We will definitely come back when we come back into town!

You're better off just learning to do them home. For $8 you get a dry crepe with a pinch of filling. Crepes are suppose to be filled with things, and then topped; and they're no more than $6. I was expecting the groove to be filled with lemon curd and blueberry compote and then topped with powdered sugar..... Nope, only curd and then a slight scoop of compote across the center of the crepe. I barely got enough ingredients to taste anything. The sides were even worse..... $5 for the brussel happens and you get a tiny half portion of burnt Brussels and home fries, not hash browns. I felt insulted by the portion for the money, WON'T be going back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Crepes are not very high on my list of favorite breakfast foods, but I was pleasantly surprised by the food at The Crepe Factory. The Alabama St. crepe was delicious and piping hot. The crepe itself was fluffy, light, and just a touch crispy on the outside. I opted to try the Brussel Sprout Hashbrowns but was underwhelmed by the flavor. The brussels and potatoes were a bit too firm and I couldn't taste the truffle (which you normally can't say about truffle!) Next time I'll opt for the grits which I hear are amazing. My wife wasn't impressed with were GF crepe, but I imagine it's pretty tough to recreate the original recipe. We will be back the next time we're in town!

Wouldn't eat here again. Got the only sweet crepe on the menu and it was pretty bland and not filling at all.

Amid all the social distancing and quarantine issues this place was a breath of fresh air. Socially distanced, inside and outside dining, good food prepared on the spot. Very appreciative of our stopping by.

Crepe selection was unique but was underwhelmed by them. Enormous crepe but little filling. Also understaffed for a Sunday. Grits were AMAZING!!! So was the hot chocolate!!

First time guest at The Crepe Factory and will definitely become a regular when I am back in Spartanburg! I ordered the Avocado Toast with fried egg and tomato. Healthy! Yummy! I also had an Ezell St. (the nutella and strawberry crepe) which was amazing. I loved the signs on the table letting me know they cleaned and sanitized the table. Yes, they are using paper plates right now but it is a temporary situation we are in. I'd rather eat off disposables than wonder if the dishwasher did a good and through job cleaning the utensils! I appreciate the care they took to ensure my experience was safe in these difficult times. The staff was welcoming and very friendly. I will definitely be back and will recommend to many!

If you haven't been to The Crepe Factory in downtown Spartanburg, give it a try!! I went today and tried their Spring Street crepe and brussel sprout hashbrowns. Great combination! They are offering both inside and outside seating to be more accommodating to their customers needs. The atmosphere is casual, and everyone was really nice. I plan to go back soon to see what else they have to offer!

The food is ok but very much overpriced. When you come, they give you your food in paper plates and paper cup with plastic utensils. The service was ok. Food is not worth the money. Definitely not coming back. Sorry , was not impressed. The location is lovely. The greeter needs to be more friendly.
