This is an amazing fish camp joint. The wait was 15-20 minutes. The joint was clean, friendly service and not have half bad looking waitress. You get a lot of bang for buck on the fish. I'm fished out! The bathroom was clean and I felt secure. I didn't worry about getting "Seabassed". The urinal with mirror in front of it was kinda weird and little to high. I'm concerned kids wouldn't be able to use it.

Meal came out, we didn't have any silverware to eat with, waitress came back 5 minutes later, finally got silverware, food was cold. Never got refills on our drinks.Waitress gave the wrong bill for what we ordered.

This is a must-go anytime I visit my family in Spartanburg. They have large silver cafeteria-style platters full of fish or chicken, hushpuppies, fries, and slaw. Calabash Shrimp ? ? is my all-time favorite. Since Bo's closed in Inman many years ago, the Flounder is much cleaner and more well-lit. Of you know... you know. The customer service keeps with the southern charm we were raised to give and expect. Arrive at 3:30 when they open for proper seating and less wait to be seated.
We called for take out on a Friday night because the place was absolutely packed. The gentleman on the phone was polite and was very knowledgeable of the menu. All of our questions were answered correctly and when he said 15 minutes for pick up, he meant it. Delicious

I had never been to this place before. It literally was a whole line out the door and around the corner to get it. It was well worth it though. The only thing that threw me completely off was the women's bathroom. It had two toilets and no wall for separation. Other than that, it was a great place to dine in and the food was excellent ??

Calabash shrimp, fried flounder, hushpuppies all good. Crab cakes had a little too much sage I think, too much something, it was overwhelming, maybe that happened by mistake? Food was to go so I can't say anything about atmosphere or service.
A little tricky to get to but well worth the trip. Staff and food are great. Ice tea comes with refill and additional ice. Ambiance is casual. Will not disappoint...
