A coffee speak easy makes for a wonderful theme and the coffee lives up to the premise. Several sugar free options.

This speakeasy coffee shop might be one of the best coffee places in Spartanburg! We went on a whim and we're both blown away by the quality of the drinks and the fun location!

We have been here before. Earlier quality was good for drink we ordered. Now they charged me a lot and quality was poor. Also pushing everyone for paying tips with this expensive $9 dirty chai we ordered. We will never come back.
I feel bad dropping their review and may be bias to what I expect from a coffee and tea house .. I’ll give my honest review in case someone may have high expectations..the drinks are creative pink lady , fauxtini, lots of various toppings and flavors cold foam etc .. the taste of the beans seem good , it’s not a specialty coffee shop so don’t expect perfectly pulled shots , pour overs or anything like that .
I had pink lady hot version ( with reduced amount of syrup added ) leek parm pastry and iced matcha to go. The barista was kind and had good understanding of the recipes and ingredients and got my modifications right. The pastry was average
It’s more of a homey atmosphere feels like you’re coming into a friends house for coffee
I like the decor and historical Spartanburg relics .. and the location makes it a nice place to relax

They need to change their posted times here. We were so excited and planned our whole day around it thinking this place would be open.

I love small treasures like this place! The lady was super nice and the coffee was immaculate! I had a cortado and a fresh baked feta spinach pastry. So flaky and perfect. Mom had the Americano. As we went to leave I got an iced caramel latte to go. Highly recommend this place! New favorite place:)

This is the best coffee house in all of Spartanburg. Not only is the coffee better than any other local place (I drink a range from black americano to brown sugar cinnamon and usually finish with a cappuccino) I’ve never had anything bad and pastry’s are just as good. Sometimes they have breakfast specials like sandwiches or quiche, which are always good. One thing to point out, the barista Mary makes this place special. She provides outstanding service and perfectly concocts the drinks. I’ve been with other baristas working and the experience wasn’t the same. It’s always consistent with Mary. If you haven’t been, you need to try it.

Really lovely spot, really excellent coffee. The parking is not great but due to the terrain of the property there isn't much that can be done about that. I will definitely come here again.

If you're in the area and haven’t checked out this coffee shop yet, you’re seriously missing out. This place nails it—chill vibe, friendly baristas who actually remember your name (and your order), and coffee that hits every time. Whether you’re into strong espressos, creamy lattes, or just need a quiet spot to vibe or get some work done, this place delivers.
It make you wanna stay longer than planned. Honestly, it’s the kind of spot that makes the neighborhood feel like home.
Highly recommend. Support local—this one’s worth it.

Went to their instagram and the first thing I saw was an “emergency closure” post with the following caption: “Friends we are closed for the rest of the day. Unfortunately, someone who promised to be at work today, decided to blow us off and leave us hanging for another job with ZERO NOTICE. Sadly this happens.”
Terrible look for a company and just from that post, without knowing anything else, you can tell the people in charge here are jerks. I’ve been before and the coffee was bad, but I was willing to give them another shot since I live nearby. Now that I saw this, I definitely won’t be going back. There’s no excuse for this unprofessionalism.
UPDATE- they proved my exact point with their reply. There is truly no level of decorum in the way this “owner” speaks to people, customers and staff alike. Also, I don’t personally know the person they are referring to here, and leaving a bad review is in NO WAY “illegal”. I had a great laugh about that one!

I went 20 minutes out of my way to visit this coffee shop. It was a waste of time and money. I ordered a cold brew with Carmel, with some cream. I got cream and Carmel not sure if I actually got any coffee. The server said, “I hope it’s good” when she handed me the drink. It obviously was not. The place was not clean and I would not recommend this place.
As for the comment from the owner. I did NOT ask for plenty of cream. She asked if I wanted cream and I said yes.
As for the not having time to clean up. I would have thought she would have been cleaning up when I walked in and she was not.
