We ordered and paid for our dinner. Yet, it was never delivered and when I called to find out what happened, they tell me I have to call DoorDash for any information. Seriously? They don’t know if they prepared an order? Called DoorDash and they have no clue either. They will refund our money in 3-5 days and we will have to find somewhere else to get dinner. The person on the phone called the driver and didn’t get an answer. Ok. So why offer delivery service if you have no drivers. Not only will we never order from The Meltdown again. And we had no idea it was actually Denny’s! Guess we were lucky it never came.

Terrible!!! every time I go in there to pick up the food i ordered nobody's there at the front to help me. I've often waited there for 5 or 6 minutes until someone would even consider talking to me. I will not be coming back.

This place is a joke. They will charge you $15 for a “melt” that is served ice cold. Save your money and make a better sandwich at home. It wouldn’t be hard to beat the trash this place will serve you.
The only redeeming quality is the food is great! But there is ZERO accurate info of operational hours, and no way to contact them. Lastly... what kind of restaurant isnt open on a Friday???
