The flavor options for cobbler are great. The caramel apple was my favorite and tasted fresh!
We also tried a milkshake and it was delicious. We're gonna try the giant cookies next time.
Atmosphere wasn't the most inviting to hang out for but it wasn't necessarily bad either. We dropped in waited a few minutes and took it home to enjoy and will do it again. Don't miss out on their deserts!

We love their peach cobbler and have given them several chances to get it right because we want to support but dang! Nothing is EVER in stock. We drove 40 mins for the 3rd time for them to be out of everything. It’s not properly run and I know money is being lost because of it. To be called Peach Cobbler Factory but ALWAYS out of peach cobbler is crazy work. It should be available at all times. The young ladies working are so sweet but clearly need support. Amazing first time experience! The peach cobbler and ice cream were phenomenal and the young lady serving us was very sweet and helpful I believe she said her name was Talaya! But again I definitely would recommend coming here
