i love tropical smoothie. i get it all the time. their smoothies always taste amazing, however lately, i’ve noticed that the food hasn’t been cooked all the way through. The eggs are still soggy and wet and the bacon is still raw in majority of the pieces. Please just make sure your employees take their time while cooking the food because we are real people who have spent money and will be consuming the food.

Waited in drive thru for 10+ min to receive the wrong food… ordered the Caesar wrap and got a Baja one with no chicken. My daughter’s quesadilla had barely any cheese on it. Won’t be back :( smoothies were good tho

They serve some of the most delicious smoothies I've ever had while tasting fresh and ripe. The service is amazing and they're always so kind and welcoming. One of the best smoothie places I've been to. Highly recommend
The smoothies are great But slow service at drive up is too long sometimes ridiculous. I alwsys get soggy wraps. The price is too high..

Do Not order on their website. You will pay a $3.99 delivery fee. The app states if you order $12 or more - that fee will be waived. But, it isn’t. I called store mgr- she said it’s a 3rd party app and she can’t do anything about it. I asked for a $3.99 credit - so when I come thru the drive thru they could honor that - she refused. Not good customer service !! Order from Door Dash. Since manager claims she placed order and didn’t get a delivery fee - I wanted to post a copy of my receipt.

I should have been issued a credit for the next time I drive thru the drive thru. I requested this - and the manager denied my request.
Not very good customer service. Especially considering I purchase at least 5 shakes and sandwiches from them per week !! So annoyed by their lack of service to me. I’ll save receipt - and show them I paid $3.99 delivery fee on their website. I had to add on items because a screen popped up saying $12 min for free delivery. Even after making my total over $12. I was still charged $3.99!!! Wrap off.
