Today is my birthday and I am an over the road truck driver. I ordered from this location through Door Dash and they made my food wrong. When I reached out to the location the girl Kira snapped at me because she thought I was yelling at her when I was just upset. She hung up on me!!! Then when I called back 3 times she picked up and said we’re closed and hung up again. Well now we know how snow flakes handle ruining someone’s Birthday! This is horrible customer service!!!Update, The regional manager contacted me to discuss this issue and let me know that he will deal with this issue. I also had a wonderful interaction with the young lady who answered the phone this morning. I will be giving this location another chance when I am back in the area again. Thank you to the employees who realize what true customer service is.

Contracted a nasty virus after eating at this location last week, after looking forward to the meal for days, SMDH! Reached out to management to make them aware of this interaction in an effort to avoid the same happening to future customers who potentially would order the same menu item but after leaving this message with a young lady the manager didn't have the decency to give me a callback to follow up with this interaction. Thanks for nothing, and I will not be eating at this establishment again, ever.

Recently got the Cranberry Truffle smoothie and it was delicious! One of the best smoothies I've ever had and I'm a smoothie love. It has a little tartness of cranberry, sweet strawberry, smooth yogurt and the taste of white chocolate to finish off a unique and flavorful smoothie. It's a holiday flavor but you can't go wrong with any of their smoothies. They also have really good wraps, flatbread sandwiches and salads! Definitely give em a try!

Order has always been complete when I arrive after making online order. Product has tasted good and staff greet when walking in the door.

Second time with terrible order,fist time the veggie humus wrap had (chicken) that I didn't ask for. The next trip I knew something was wrong when I get to the window & two different ppl asked me what I ordered,the wrap itself wasn't good at all,fell apart and the wrapper was also coming apart.Tasted like there was something missing.Order these all the time usually from the WO Ezel store.Always fresh,Always wrapped to a perfection. This one has a drive thru but taste over convience any day.

My younger sister enlightened me of the smoothies here, and combined with the rewards you get, there's very little to dislike.We may have lost the frozen yogurt place, but the smoothies here make up for it. Cheers. ?
