I did an online order and went in to pick it up. It was ready when they said it would be. It was hot. It was delicious. Everything in my order was exactly the way I ordered it. They were pretty busy considering it was after The morning Rush hour and before lunch. They still had it ready on time. Thanks a lot folks. I didn't get the cashier's name that handed me my food but she was also very polite

It was certainly spectacular. Though, oddly enough, the eggs didn’t talk to me. They were very quiet. Afraid. My soul welled in grief, knowing that these poor children were going to die in fear. They tasted wonderfully, though! The staff was nice. Their faces weren’t melting. I do wish the eggs were treated better. They need care and respect, otherwise they won’t talk to others. Other than that, delish!

Food was perfect. The cook was on point and even asked several times if food was good. He actually cared. Our server was new and she did great. Never missed a refill or empty plate.
Literally one of the rudest ladies I've had to deal with at a waffle House she criticized my order and talked to me like I was an idiot on an order I have ordered over a hundred times a large chili....That's it
We went in as usual. Different crowd of servers not one hello. We sat down waited 10 minutes noone said anything they just kept yaking amongst themselves. So we see yall said screw this let's go to cracker barrel.

Went to Waffle House on 03/09/25 around 12:30am. When I got there. There was only two orders in front me, after I had order there was 6 other others taken and all of them plus the another who started ordering received their food before me. When I said something, zyqausia or whatever is her name seem confused as if she didn’t take my order. Maybe she was too high to do her job. She started scrambling trying to figure it out. When Tyler came to the window and I asked for a refund, Brandi who I assume is the manager was aggravated with me that I wanted a refund after they gave away my food and had me waiting for 30min+. On top of that it took all three of them and 10 minutes to give me a refund, and I couldn’t even have a copy of the receipt. Unprofessional, in all regards. But what’s expected it’s Waffle House.
