Me and a friend went on Saturday, March 3, 2024. We arrived around 11:20 am. We told to be seated. Table was flity and had to ask someone to clean it. After being seating, we saw that entire floor was dirty with paper and food. Across from our table was spilled water. I told the waitress that I had been in food quality for 40 years and the place was to fifty to eat in. She said that they had been busy ,yet there was 4 people standing around the counter doing nothing. I am sure Dhec would have closed them down. I won't be going back!

Nothing like a good Waffle House Experience! This one was hopping with GREAT servers and cooks. They ran their tails off and never missed a smile or a beat. Grits were creamy, eggs cooked perfect, bacon just right. Coffee delicious and found room for the waffle! Thanks, y'all!
The cook was full of attitude, tossing things arounds, nasty to the waitresses & made our order wrong twice. Sad. The waitresses were very attentive. Tried to cover & smooth things over inspite of the cooks' continued attitude towards them.

Always great for a hash brown bowl. I love the food and the price isn't that bad either. I would recommend this restaurant anytime.Parking: The parking is normally not hard to come by. Always a plus?Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly the people are nice and love that they still treat you like a human being. Good job waffle house.Wheelchair accessibility: Haven't come across a location that doesn't have wheelchair access.

Waited roughly an hour for a waffle. We were all done eating and had to wait forever just to get our waitress' attention because once she dropped the rest of our food, telling us the waffle got burnt and has to be remade, she vanished to other side of the diner never even looking in our direction again. All 3 of us were chaining our necks, staring at her across the dining room. We tried to get other server/cooks attention, and were either ignored or they just weren't aware of what is going on around them. When we Did finally get her attention, she made the excuse that she had a big group. We had already ordered before that group came in, and still they got all the attention and we were ignored. Then she had to ask for the waffle to be made, and they quickly brought one that was so barely cooked on the outside and nearly liquid inside. Totally inedible.The the cashier's credit, she took the waffle off the ticket, but come on, that was awful.
