The folks at waffle House are great. It's like eating at a home town diner which is my favorite. Waffle House gives off that small town feel with great prices and friendly service.
This is the first Waffle House that I’ve ever been to where everything was perfect. The food was cooked well, the waitress, TC, was very kind, and the place was clean. My husband went to the bathroom and they were mopping it. He returned and said that’s the first time he’d ever seen that in a Waffle House. They cleaned the floor in the cooking area, the food prep counter and the cabinets with soapy water and scrubbed and wiped them down. I’ve never seen ouch attention...
This storm has caused so many power outages and this Waffle House is open with no power with a limited menu. They can take cash only and I didn't have enough for two bowls so I canceled mine and was just getting my granddaughter's. One of the young men working there (I didn't get his name) pulled his wallet out and paid for my food! I cried so hard! My faith in humanity is restored .... thank you a thousand times young man.
