I went through the drive-thru, I ordered a number 2, a biggie bag and a chili, when I got home the chili was missing! I called the restaurant 4 times and nobody answered, I drove back there I told them that I've been calling there the kid told me they don't answer the phone there, anyway I told them my chili was missing from my order and they tossed the bag out the window to me and shut the window!

Drivethru time is quick. Food is hot, with napkins and straw. Employees are pleasant. My preferred Wendy's in the area. Ordered two meals for lunch.

very poor service, tried to get our doordash order and they not only got the order wrong, but when we pulled around to inform them, the person at the window was very dismissive and did not understand that we were missing items from our order. my friend was upset with her poor customer service, (as she told us that something we ordered was out and just walked away), and the employee retaliated by getting her manager and parading around the store shouting about us. the manager didn't seem much more knowledgeable, but did try his best to correct our order. he told us she was supposed to have marked the item as out, but didn't. food was cold and did not taste like it should have come from wendys. drive thru service was very slow, and has a record for being that way. will not be returning

Wendy’s is one of my favourite fast food restaurants, but not this location. I’ve eaten here several times in the past two months and each time was extremely disappointing. The customer service is nonexistent and the employees are RUDE. The quality of the food is terrible. The spicy chicken sandwich combo was $11 and it included a cheaper processed chicken patty instead of the chicken breast that was used before. It was soggy because of excessive amounts of mayo and mushy tomatoes. Fries were lukewarm and old. Definitely not worth the money. I won’t be back.
No greetings as soon as we came inside the lobby, we stood there a good 10-15 minutes before someone said they were doing a staff change. We were completely ignored and that's plain rude. Just terrible customer service.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a baked potato with bacon, cheese, sour cream, and butter on the side. I got a plain baked potato with sour cream and butter. When I went inside to talk to them about it they told me that I was wrong and said they could charge me for the bacon and cheese. They charged me for a whole other baked potato. I don't know who talked back to me, but Alexandria was the one that took my order when I was inside. We won't be coming back.

Went through the drive-thru to pick up a doordash order three employees standing around playing on their phones told me I could not pick up a doordash order throu forgh their drive-thru apparently they were too busy standing around talking while getting paid not to work would not recommend this Wendy's to anyone who actually wants to get something done or get an order

You ask them to make your food fresh they have a attuide . And it a guy that work in back Tall wh guy with a biker style beard goes outside and don’t wash his hand caught him making sandwich with no gloves on they got nerves look at me like I’m crazy .
