Literally the worst Wendy’s location I have ever been too. Nearly every time I have visited this location I have experienced the rudest people and my order is always messed up and cold. I have worked the food service industry for many years. There’s absolutely no reason to be so mean to customers when they aren’t rude to you. Having a bad day is one thing but as a food service worker you don’t take it out on the people who you service. If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. I’m surprised this location is still in business.

Ordered at drive thru. Out of tea, so we got sodas. No vanilla frosty, so I ordered chocolate. We drive up & get our drinks & food & I asked about the frosty, even tho I ordered it, she said since they didn't have vanilla, that they did not charge me for a frosty. Told me I would need to drive back through to get a frosty. Pissed is an understatement & I don't take that crap off of anyone. Yes, she was the new manager with a cocky attitude. Been going to this Wendy's since it opened on Blackstock, not anymore. No napkins, ketchup, but we did get an an attitude from the manager that doesn't need to be in fastfood & dealing with the public. The thing about it, we were nice & respectful, not again. The food was cold also. 7 months later, Nov.13, we gave it another try. Ordered a taco salad, chips, salsa, sour cream & chili. . I take it back & was told they no longer give the main 3 ingredient. My salad consist of lett, Tom, corn & chili & threw in crackers. It was horrible, fries for spouse were cold & we will never go back to Wendys. Their attitudes suck, no ket nor salt, had to ask for napkins. Food & service is horrible. I'm done....

I’ve gotten food from here 3 times and each time I’m missing one or two things. I’ve done both drive thru and delivery. Also they didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t go in and claim my incomplete order.

Absolutely horrible management and staff!!! The manager was beyond rude to me, another customer who didn’t speak very good English, and the employees!!! Will NEVER go back there and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either!!

This is the worst Wendy's ever. Ww ordered nugget meals and Combos. Looking forward to our normally hot and fresh food. But nope, all fries were all the way cold and hard. Like day old! Nuggets were dry, they forgot all our sauces, salt and ketchup. 1 napkin for 4 orders! Wth! The lid wasn't on frosty which promptly spilled in our car. Combo meat was raw inside! What is going on. A senior manager or corporate needs to check this site. It was very dirty too. What a waste of money at our favorite fast food corporation. This was $50 in the trash! Very unhappy with this and the location.

I ordered at the drive thru an asked for my receipt at the window. He didn’t say a word. So when he handed me my food I asked him again politely.The boy at the window says the printer doesn’t work. I told him I needed my receipt. He then proceeded to get angry a says how do you think I’m going to print it. I said well can you atleast take a picture of it. He said it’s broke then shut the window in my face. Very rude. He was very rude about the whole situation. I guess he must of told the manager because he then opened it an told me to pull up. She then brought me out my receipt. Customer service goes a long way. That was very rude. If you want good customer service do not go here. I’ve personally worked in food service for 15 plus years and that’s not how you act. Sorry you hate your job.Reciept says his name is Davian.

This location should just close. Absolutely pathetic. Coldest freaking fries I’ve ever had. Frosty machine busted. Cold ass burgers. The replacement fries are unseasoned. This ghetto fast food garbage dump doesn’t give a damn.

Everytime we have gone it has been super slow, they forget whole meals, and they're rude.
There was a roach crawling up the wall next to where the lemonade is at. They have just lost my service and the customers who were in there as well. I did not order i walked out as soon as i seen it.
