If I could leave 0 I would. Rudest people I’ve ever met. They took 20 minutes on a mobile order and left out part of the order and when I went to have it fixed they just looked at me like they didn’t know how to hand me one item. The manager on shift was just as rude and clueless.

Me and my husband came in before work spent 45 mins waiting on a simple order we were only approached with attitude and cold food because when we were actually able to receive to food we had to rush off the work less than 2 mins away and all of our food was cold the coffee was watered down and the lady behind the counter snapped at me over a coffee and I cant call and get it made because its doesnt have a phone number thats directly connected to the business

THIS IS THE ONLY TIME IVE WRITTEN A REVIEW FOR SOMETHING. HORRIBLE caramel crunch, broken, small soggy and cruncy nuggets, RAW BACON ON MY BACONATOR, SOGGY BUNS AND EVERYTHING. The workers were using slurs, being unprofessional and i did not feel safe eating my food whatsoever. To anyone reading this, try literally anything around this area. This was an unwelcoming suprise

I got a Apple Pecan salad and the chicken was overcooked. This is the second time this has happened at this location. Poor customer service.
I placed a mobile order, and when I got to the drive-through, I could barely hear the people speaking. I figured it was just because it was rainy so I just drove around assuming that they heard me. When I got to the window I was handed my drink and then told to pull forward to receive my food at the railing outside. I waited long enough to be able to make a phone call that lasted about five minutes and then decided it had been a while and multiple cars had gone through so I called the store. I was very polite and mentioned that I had been pulled forward waiting on an order for at least 6 minutes now and just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t forgotten about. The response I was given was “they’ll bring your food out when it’s ready ma’am.“ In a very rude and short way. Not 10 seconds later out walks my food. It’s not hot, I did not receive a straw, and I am missing an item. At this point, it’s not even worth it to go ask about my missing item because frankly, I did not want to deal with any attitude, which I had already received.. I never have perfect customer service from this place, but this was just a little ridiculous.

Stopped in at Wendy's by Lowe's in Spartanburg, SC had lunch/dinner! The cashier who took my order was very pleasant! I ordered Taco Salad 🥗 Small Fries 🍟 & a Small Strawberry 🍓 Swirl Frosty! I did not know it came with a Small Bowl of Chili, I was very surprised that it was going to taste good! The food was very good for fast food! The atmosphere was quiet! I watched the employees and they all were very friendly & nice! More than I expected bc back home in Texas most people are rude & has an attitude! Having a pleasant experience here in South Carolina!
