Restaurant was very clean inside and out. Staff was very friendly and even knew several customers by name. The food was served hot as usual for a Wendy's. Tasted like all other Wendy's food. No complaints.

The food is good here but the customer service in the drive thru sucks… You need to greet your customers respectfully and also when you take our card you need to hand it back before passing out the food! I’m sick of it. Sometimes I have to remind your employees! Yall are rude when passing out the food to. Don’t just shove it! Tell us to have a great day or something. And also you need better managers !! I’m sick of seeing the same Caucasian lady in the window. She has a smart mouth too. Do better !! It was better when you had Makenzie running this location

When I placed my order I asked if this location participated in the Junior Frosty key tag deal and she replied yes. She then ask someone else to ring up my order as I showed her the key tag and she said it was fine. Well apparently it wasn't fine. Not only was I charged for the Junior Frosty that is a part of the key tag promotion I was charged more than The menu price of a regular Frosty. I had a feeling that I was going to get charged so I made sure to mention it More than once and her reply was I got you. I guess she got me all right.

Just left and customer service was excellent and good came fast!
First when she took my order she was rude with an attitude then They messed up the only soda I had on my order. I was also pulled up for 20 minutes for a 10 pc nugget meal that was cold. This is ridiculous. Id rather go anywhere else than this establishment

Pull in parking space and wait. For what, so you can get my order wrong. I literally ordered three burgers and one with lettuce and pickles. Could not even get that right - 3 items. Then no one can answer the phone, it goes to a voice mailbox that has not been set up. So, the store phone is forwarded to someone’s cell phone or what?? Am I angry, of course I am.
