The man at the front was kinda rude, he first had a attitude while taking our order & he gave our food to the wrong table they had to bring it to us when he brought them their food he apologized to them & didn't say anything to us and the lady told him he gave our food them..then proceeded to come ask us for our tray and started removing our food his self off the tray!! Terrible service I don't recommend at all

The people working up front are so rude. All I said was “excuse me, where are the lids?” And in the rudest tone was told “um they’re right here???” On top of that my food was cold and took close to 20 minutes to be ready when it was supposed to be ready within “6-11 minutes”.

After I had a long Day, I wanted to place an online order with wing stop. For some reason there promo codes never work, online or on the app. I decided to call and ask if it was a problem with their website or was it me. After being put on hold 30 mins in I just decided I was going to place my order over the phone with them. I waited patiently and at this point it had been an hour of me being on hold just for them to pick up and say they aren’t taking orders over the phone anymore. Why couldn’t they just tell me that when they picked up instead of having me wait SMH and as I was trying to talk they hung up on me. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Long wait, cold food and poor service. Ordered in person before. Ordered takeout. Even tried using a delivery service. Each time same experience. Cold food that takes over an hour to get served with a terrible attitude. Management please take note.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR THE SECOND TIME!!!!!! There is NO customer service whatsoever! The people who work up front are absolutely RUDE! If I ordered something, money come out of my account, and I have proof then fix the order not sit around and wait! I will be telling all my friends and family NOT to go here due to this being the second time it was trash!
