The food is good if you can get the employees to get you your order. I waited for 30 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready. When I heard my name called, I was repeatedly told it wasn't ready by one employee, only to have a second employee double-check and find my order on the shelf. Unfortunately, after opening my order, I discovered it wasn't even correct.

It’s so hard to find this location, it’s always packed and the parking lot is way too small for all the businesses. My order is hardly ever ready on time, or if it is I have to wait for someone to finally notice that there are people up at the counter. As far as the quality and correctness of my orders, it really depends. I’ve had a couple absolutely amazing meals from here, but others that were dry, cold, wrong, or just gross. The most hit or miss Wingstop there is, but the only one even close.

I made an order and waited for more than an hour, I will never order food from this establishment again. The attitude towards customers is disgusting.

Ordered a 10 piece meal after work. Got home only had like 5. When I called the store back the manager was like we don't even do that number. But considering the reviews this happens a lot. I think people should make food how they expect their own food to be not insinuate that I'm lying about not receiving food. The cashier was rude when I picked up food and the manager was rude when I called. Got to learn to open food and go thru it when you in restaurant cause that was a waste of 15$
