After I had a long Day, I wanted to place an online order with wing stop. For some reason there promo codes never work, online or on the app. I decided to call and ask if it was a problem with their website or was it me. After being put on hold 30 mins in I just decided I was going to place my order over the phone with them. I waited patiently and at this point it had been an hour of me being on hold just for them to pick up and say they aren’t taking orders over the phone anymore. Why couldn’t they just tell me that when they picked up instead of having me wait SMH and as I was trying to talk they hung up on me. VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Long wait, cold food and poor service. Ordered in person before. Ordered takeout. Even tried using a delivery service. Each time same experience. Cold food that takes over an hour to get served with a terrible attitude. Management please take note.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE FOR THE SECOND TIME!!!!!! There is NO customer service whatsoever! The people who work up front are absolutely RUDE! If I ordered something, money come out of my account, and I have proof then fix the order not sit around and wait! I will be telling all my friends and family NOT to go here due to this being the second time it was trash!

Waited 45 minutes for cold food asked for crispy fries fries were soggy and cold. in fact, my fries were so cold that the grease had dried up into clumps. Made me go to the gas station up the street because they don’t accept 100$. Just for me to come back and wait on the cold food

I’m extremely disappointed. I have seen Wingstop advertise a lot, and I’ve never tried it. I decided to order it tonight for my family, $80 worth of food. When you go to the website, it offers a delivery option. It does not take you to a different website, nor does it say anything about who is delivering it. I just assume it’s through their services. Our food was not delivered until an hour after the latest estimated time. It had been two hours since I ordered the food, that we finally got it. I tried to call this restaurant, and on the sixth time I finally got someone on the phone. They confirmed that the food had been picked up a while ago, from DoorDash. Saying that they have no control over it, because I chose to use DoorDash. I explained to them that my email has nothing on there about DoorDash, nor does it have a phone number I can contact with a complaint. The only phone number it gives me, is Wingstop. Supposedly, I spoke to a manager, and then I spoke with a general manager, Stephanie. Both in which were not helpful at all. I can’t believe that they would have a manager on staff, not answering the phone first off. Second off, you’re not willing to help with the service that you offered, you are the one who chooses DoorDash. They said that the only way they could help us, is if we drive the food back to the restaurant. If I was in a position to drive the food to the restaurant, I would not have chose the delivery option. Extremely disappointed in this service, all of our food was cold, and our drinks had no ice. My daughter even said that the tea was hotter than the food. Situations like this, it can really be fixed with good customer service, and I was just astonished by how they handled this.
