I don’t usually leave reviews, but the service here was so good I had to say something. Barbara was awesome super friendly to my wife and me, and really made us feel welcome. The service was quick and everything went smooth. Highly recommend this Zaxby’s if you’re in the area. Thanks again, Barbara!

I had an excellent experience at Zaxby’s thanks to Barbara! She greeted me with a warm and friendly personality, and her service was outstanding from start to finish. My order was prepared quickly, and the restaurant itself was very clean and well-organized. This is definitely one of the best Zaxby’s locations I’ve visited. Highly recommend—especially if Barbara is the one helping you!

I’ve been to MANY Zaxby’s locations over the years and this one is BY FAR the best when it comes to quality of food and quality of service! Every time I go, I am instantly greeted by the staff with huge smiles and some of the best customer service I have seen in this day and age. The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and the staff even walk the lobby asking each guest if there’s anything they can do to make the experience better! This location should be the gold standard for training the other zaxbys franchises in showing how fast food should be done! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

The food was great. The staff were so kind and helpful. It has been a long time that me and my husband has went to this Zaxby because it was horrible and dirty. I was very happy to see that it was clean and better ran.I got to meet with the new General Manager I think her name was Brenda or Barbra she came over to check on use and even took her time to talk to us. I will be recommending this Zaxby to my church group

I was visiting family down in South Carolina and this is the first time I have ever eaten Zaxby is it was so good I wish in PA they would have one. Barbara took very good care of me and helped me with the menu and explained almost every item. Barbara is precious, more restaurants need more people like her. Great job Zaxby’s

This is one of the best Zaxby I have been to in a very long time. It’s so clean. What makes this Zaxby one of the best is the crew they are so polite and friendly they made me feel at home. Joni was the sweetest. She deserves a raise

We had a the best customer service experience with Joni who works there. She was upbeat, positive, and greeted us with a smile. Initially our wings didn't have the amount of sauce on them as expected but Joni made sure to take our order back and remake it to our expectations.
Since Covid it's hard to find a restaurant in Spartanburg that has three key things : 1. Friendly & Smiling Staff 2. Food order made with care 3. Willingness to correct your order without attitude. Joni delivered all three. If she isn't already a team leader at this restaurant Zaxbys should promote her because she's the epitome of EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you Zaxbys and THANK YOU Joni!!!

The service was great! I came in to pick up my online order, and both Barbara and Joni took excellent care of me. I decided to dine in, and I’m glad I did. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Barbara even checked on me during my meal to see if I needed anything else. The food was great, and I was able to eat, study, and relax in a calm environment. I’ll definitely be back!
