Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I chose zaxbys because I wanted good quality food, it’s 7:23 and I’m here contemplating what to do next. I pulled through the drive thru verbally spoke to the cashier though the intercom saying “ I would like a 6 pc plate with all fries extra zax sauce and a peach tea light ice, a cbr loaded fry and fried pickles with a peach tea” they told me to pull around without telling me my order price, proceeded to pull around, gets to the window and they start reading my order back to me. And says “ you had a 4pc plate… cbr fries and fried pickles?” I told them no I had a 6 pc and 2 peach teas and ofc the other stuff. It’s like 3 ppl at the window at this point. They say okay and told me to pull up, so I pulled up, waited, they come out with my order and says” you had a 4pc with cbr fries and pickles?” I just took the bag and got home. Keep in mind the chicken tenders weren’t for me, it was for my lady and now’s she’s upset that I paid for a messed up order and she didn’t get her extra sauce or 2 extra tenders OR PEACH TEA. So Zaxbys on Main I hope you feel the disappointment through this review. No thank you.

Had one of the greatest customer service with Lizz! Lizz was very pleasant and friendly! Made me feel welcome! It shows she really enjoy her job. Wish there were more people like Lizz in Customer Service! Looking forward dining at Zaxbys again.

Our wings are cold, like right out of the refrigerator cold. They are atomic flavored and they're not even room temperature warm. I'm highly disappointed. And the drink machine has been beeping nonstop. This is a horrible place for sensory sensitivity.
