This location has gone down hill tremendously. The wait times are unreal and when you pay for the meal to be large size seems like they give you LESS fries. It's ridiculous. Definitely do not recommend this location.

Food was great. I'd give 5 stars if the wait wasn't over 30 minutes in the drive through. I will say this particular location had quality and it made the wait forgivable:)

I waited 10 min before open in line and the guy comes out with an attitude and tells me I can’t wait in the drive thru line until they open. What difference does it make that I have to pull over and park than waiting in drive thru? Also needed to fix that tone in his voice.
Change the frying oil every once in a while. My fries taste like burnt booty hole.
Spent almost $40 at the drive thru. Then had to pull around and go inside to get honey mustard and ketchup that wasn't put in the boxes, defeats the purpose of ordering at the drive thru. This was the case the last several times I went to this location.
Ursula is always friendly and professional.
10 people behind the register and they had to be told by the manager to take orders. Shake machine and printer out of order. Gave 2 stars due to the food being done before I could finish my review so atleast there is that plus.
