Today was the second time I ordered on the app and it said error but I was charged. I showed it to both manager and assistant manager who simply said that there was nothing they could do. So for the second time I must go through my bank for a refund. Just want to warn others that this could be a scam because they offered me to pay for my order a second time even though the time and date of my charge was visible and coincided with my order.

The food is actually horrible. It’s been consistently horrible for the last 5 trips. Fries are undercooked to the point they are raw. Tea is burnt, not nearly sweet enough and stale from being left out for hours. Chicken is burnt and dry. The employees here clearly do no care about doing well at their jobs and management refuses to fire and hire qualified employees. This specific location might be the worst Zaxbys in the country and everyone involved with this business should be ashamed. Years ago this location was as great as any other Zaxbys. Sad to see the low effort ruin a nice place.

For a chicken joint you get what you get, I get it can be busy most of the time. DoorDash seems to be a bit more prioritized now which is good from before when it seemed not to be the case.

I got a large catering order from this specific Zaxbys. Their manager couldn’t have been more wonderful; the level of professionalism and dedication this team took to make everything an enjoyable (and delicious) experience was above and beyond expectations. We look forward to partnering with them again in the near future.
Very disappointed. Looks like my 3 year old grandson made the salad and my egg roll is cold. I'm not a happy customer right now.

Always out of tea, lids, straws...etc. The employees are so slow. Half the time, they're all on their phones. And multiple times, they've closed the dining room an hour to hour and a half before when it's supposed to close.

I came through on Tuesday night after a long hard day and my child's practice. I was the only person in line and was told to pull forward. I walked in, as to prevent missing items as I have in in the past and was treated SO rudely. The assistant manager threw my food at me and when I asked to speak to the store manager I was told "well that's what happens when you order $50 worth of food at 8pm". All that to say, the lady at the counter was super nice, however, I will take my business elsewhere.

Usually very good without any complaints... this time, chicken was luke warm and fries were cold and stale. Disappointing this go round.
The food is usually good but for the egg rolls they appear to be warming them by frying them for a few seconds which makes the veggies soggy inside.Vegetarian options: The egg rolls are vegetarian but I don't know if they're dropped in chicken grease.Kid-friendliness: They have kids appropriate portioned meals

The chicken Philly is the best entree in the history of Zaxby's. Promotional item or not, removing it from the menu is as bad as Chick-fil-A discontinuing the chicken, egg, and cheese on the everything bagel. Who is making these horrible menu choices?
