Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

i went there yesterday & ordered a grilled chicken cobb zalad through the drive thru. i clearly said grilled & they gave me fried initially & so i told the woman who rung me up that i wanted grilled & she stared at me & said “well they gone have to make it all over again..” with attitude, expecting me to just take what i didn’t order. i insisted i wanted grilled & so she proceeds to snatch my card, ring me up & gave me my salad & said nothing & then slammed the window shut. when i got home & checked my food it wasn’t even the right salad. i didn’t even feel like going back & certainly won’t go back. i don’t know who she was but she doesn’t need to be ringing people up if she’s gonna have an attitude & give out the wrong food. it looked like she gave the person in front of me a hard time too. wouldn’t recommend the reidville location, they don’t know what they’re doing.

Amazing food

Waited 25 minutes for a big Zax snack I ordered on the app… then the girl at the window had an attitude.
Get home and the food is basically cold. I don’t even feel like giving it to my dog… that should tell you something.

I won’t be recommending or back to this one for a while

Asked for teriyaki sauce and this is all they gave us, ridiculous! You can’t even dip a fry in it!

Not gonna lie I haven't been in a good couple of years since I've gotten food poisoning. However, the only bad thing I can talk about is the food, they be rationing on sauces for things that come with sauce on them! This is probably one of the worst Zaxby's I've been to in my entire life- food wise.

No slaw
Update: got slaw but y'all should remove the stickers on drinks for non delivery online orders. Makes it hard to put a straw in and makes a mess

Had an app glitch and the district manager was there and helped me so much while i was there she helped the girl at the window fixed the ice machine and helped with my order she is doing great thank you so much Brandy Green

Smallest portion of fries in Spartanburg. Disappointed. It seems like they keep getting smaller and smaller. Ordered an extra fry to go with my order for $3 and got practically nothing.
