I just had the worst experience at this location. I understand teens need a job too but they could at least hire some that take their job more serious. Got one girl taking orders on her personal phone. Got another girl taking employee orders in front our face while we have not been greeted waiting almost 15 mins for our order to be taking. I would have asked for the manger but he probably would have been young too! Mangers do better

Smh I ordered 8 wings the fries over seasoned and hard as crap.! Half the wings are literally small as a penny.

We waited in line for over 20 minutes and you get trapped in the drive thru line so you cannot escape once you enter

If you like being ignored when trying to order than this is the place for you! This is the 2nd time I've went and been ignored while the workers sitting on their phones. The food is always lukewarm.

Horrible service if you want to wait 30 minutes for your food and not get the extra sauce you paid for please come here

So I can’t bring my family to zaxbys? Due to the fact that ms Julia N was very rude and didn’t smile or do anything with an ounce of customer service. The meals that we got were missing several important parts that we had to keep going back to the counter and get help, wasn’t even given silverware to eat with. Overall a very disappointing visit and I will be taking my family’s business somewhere with proper customer service.

Okay, so the drive-through and inside store were closed, but the place was open if you drove up to the window. About 5 kids were working at the window at the same time. They said they were open but that all orders were cooked at the time of order. I told them it was very confusing whether you were even open because of the red candlestick cones, the low lighting, and the sign about the drive-through being closed.
I ordered a grilled chicken salad. There may have been about ¼ of a piece of the chicken on the salad. There were no utensils or napkins in the bag with my food, and I paid $16 for this. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at Zaxbys. It was very disappointing, and I will not be recommending this location.
