Ordered a Cobb salad, fried, dipped in tongue torch, no tomatoes, extra ranch dressing and a tongue torch sauce.
Barely any tongue torch on the chicken (that’s why I order sauce), tomatoes on the salad and no extra ranch dressing, that I paid for. Didn’t check before I left. I 99% of the time have to ask for my extra ranch.
Drive thru is on the side of a very busy road. It’s noisy, I don’t think they hear real well.
Otherwise, salad is edible but 2 packs of ranch dressing doesn’t cut it. It seems the servings are smaller than they were.

Now Zaxbys…. If I wasn’t so hungry after working an 9 hour shift I would’ve brought this dry chicken back up there. I think the biggest thing is I am used to wings and things meal for the chicken to have sauce on it. This in particular it barely had any sauce on it. It definitely cost extra to sauce the tenders and for it not to barely have anything on it. I honestly could’ve saved my money and did it myself at home. This was my first time coming to location because it is on the way home. So yeah not impressed by the food but the staff were nice.

Ron who was running the drive thru was amazing. I had to order more food at the window and he added it on with no complaints and was very nice about it! Food was great!

Overall, I love this Zaxby's location. The food is always delicious. I just think the drive thru service is lacking. The girl at the first window did good, it was the three people at the second window, they're so busy carrying on a conversation that the person who handed me my food didn't think to check over my receipt to make sure that I had a drink because after he handed me my food I told him I had a sweet tea and he had already done walked away. So the other guy asked if I had a drink and I said I needed my sweet tea. So good on him. Then I drove away and realized they forgot to put a fork in my bag. I suppose I can eat everything with my hands.

Never fails. I order online and go to curbside to pick up. Noone comes with the food for 10-15 minutes after the time they gave me to pick up. They only care about servicing the drive thru while I'm watching a line of cars order on the spot and get their food much quicker. Do better. It's not hard to look at when the food was ordered and ensure you get the food out on time when it's fresh and hot. I wish I could say it's just one or two times it's happened but nope it's every time. Why have online ordering, an app and curbside pick up if you aren't going to pay attention to it and provide good service. I'm literally ordering ahead.

This new location nailed it! The staff was genuinely friendly and fast, and you could tell they were proud to be part of the opening team. The restaurant was spotless, and everything—from the dining area to the restrooms—was super clean and modern.

The Chicken Finger Plate came out hot, crispy, and perfectly seasoned—exactly what you hope for from Zaxby’s. The fries were golden and seasoned just right, and the Texas toast was buttered perfection. Oh, and the Zax Sauce? Still elite.

If this is the standard they’re setting, this Zaxby’s is going to be a local favorite in no time. Keep it up!
