Holy cow! This was so delicious! I had the three meat plate with ribs, pulled pork and brisket. So delicious! I really appreciate the dry rub and that you can put your own sauce on. Everything was juicy and tender. My sides were potato salad and cole slaw and they were perfect as well. Both were wonderfully seasoned for me. Parking stinks, so be prepared to walk a little bit. And I'm not a fan of the red table lights as they make everything look bland. I had leftovers and the next day it was amazing again!! I would highly recommend this place.

On the way back from the beach at the isle of Palms, we always have a pit stop at Home Team. We load up as much as a family of 4 including 2 young kids can share. Our go-to is a half rack of ribs and an order of the brisket which are always fantastic. We augment with the pulled pork or chicken depending on our taste that day. We never skip the pork cracklings and pimentos cheese spread…both super yummy. We enjoy the loud music, lively/friendly crowds and tasty drinks both alcoholic and not. I’m a big fan of their michelada. We always end up making new friends when we visit. Parking can get tricky and/or expensive during busy periods but definitely worth the hassle. We always plan to stay 30 mins but end up staying way longer since we’re all having way too much fun. Don’t forget to check out some merch/T-shirts to take home too. Pro tip, if you plan to bring the pimento cheese back home through TSA security at airport, get it in the smaller containers which they will let through. We lost the larger size container on our last trip.
All the food was absolutely amazing! We had a huge carryout order and they were able to get it ready in about 30 minutes! The pulled pork, baked beans, ribs, and banana pudding could not be better! Highly recommend!

Stopped in for lunch, smelled the bbq in the air and followed the scent to this delicious restaurant! Stella was our server, super rad! Friendly, chatty and attentive! Ordered smoked wings, sea salt watermelon and the pork nachos! My daughter got the black bean tacos and loved them! All of this food was SO DELICIOUS and truly hit the spot! Thanks guys for the yummy food and thanks Stella for being so cool! 🤙🏻

The food was great, the ribs weren't my favorite but still good. The sides were phenomenal! The banana pudding was delicious too! I would recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner!!
Food and service is great. It's a bit noisy inside. I'm not sure you'd go there after lunch and into the early evening if you want to have a conversation with a group of people.
Parking after 3pm is also a challenge.

Love the food, wait staff was friendly. They seated us at this odd bar section by the front entrance. My wife and I ended up sitting on one side next to each other. But unfortunately where that table was people coming in that were waiting for seats treated the other side like a bar, and sit down with your personal items down to get drinks, etc. One of the hostesses did shoo them away a few times like advised them this was a table and not a bar. The absolutely hindered our experience. If I could ever return and get a table I would absolutely go back for the awesome food and the awesome wait staff.
