Holy cow! This was so delicious! I had the three meat plate with ribs, pulled pork and brisket. So delicious! I really appreciate the dry rub and that you can put your own sauce on. Everything was juicy and tender. My sides were potato salad and cole slaw and they were perfect as well. Both were wonderfully seasoned for me. Parking stinks, so be prepared to walk a little bit. And I'm not a fan of the red table lights as they make everything look bland. I had leftovers...
Bella was an amazing server. She offered great recommendations and was very fun! Food was awesome! Best restaurant we've been to so far! Drinks were strong. Prices were very reasonable and atmosphere was great.
On the way back from the beach at the isle of Palms, we always have a pit stop at Home Team. We load up as much as a family of 4 including 2 young kids can share. Our go-to is a half rack of ribs and an order of the brisket which are always fantastic. We augment with the pulled pork or chicken depending on our taste that day. We never skip the pork cracklings and pimentos cheese spread…both super yummy. We enjoy the loud music, lively/friendly crowds and tasty drinks both alcoholic...
