Incredible food, and great servers and staff... except for management. Definitely a tourist spot because they only care about that & Not so much their own employees unfortunately. Lack of communication and professionalism from management where it matters and no working air conditioning.. the cooks are constantly overheating :/ great place to eat! Not so much work!
Everything about this place is great! Finishing my second Pacifico on the patio as I type. Service fast and great. Atmosphere top notch. I’m on liquid diet today but everything on the menu is good.
We enjoyed the guac, portobello tacos, and mocktails. They need to update the online menu.

First time visiting Mex 1 while vacationing with family. Great margaritas & food, cool atmosphere. Addison was our server and was absolutely amazing! Despite being very busy, she was incredibly attentive and friendly. We frequented many restaurants during our stay & Addison hands down provided the level of service that you hope to receive while dining out! Thank you Addison! Highly recommended!

I never do reviews but I felt compelled to do this review. Service is abysmal, I was sent an incorrect drink and offered to pay for this drink, then I was forced to pay for the larger size of the incorrect drink after closing out my bill. The GM is clueless which explains why he doesn’t know how to staff effectively to provide adequate service.
Would not recommend, although the food is pretty good. #newGM2025
